Almaton disappointed us greatly, although initially we were confident in their high professionalism. We took the most premium model of the Widex Moment M-CIC 440. Everything is according to the regulations, an impression from the ears, after 3 days we prepared, dressed, set up, but the happiness did not last long, it turns out that we were sold the Widex Moment M-CIC 110, all labels on the boxes, have, serial number, everything from the most budget version... My husband immediately said that he expected more for such a price, but still attributed it to adaptation. For reference, the difference between the budget version and the premium is about 750 thousand, which results in an overpayment of 1.5 million for 2 devices left and right ear. When we asked why we were buying one version on a different box, we got the answer: "That's right. All the devices come with the Widex Moment 110, and they can just flash it to the desired model." It's like saying give me your iPhone 11, I'll upgrade it to an iPhone 16 right now, well, it's complete nonsense... We turned to other hearing replacement centers, and they all unanimously said that this was impossible. As a result, we are faced with simple scammers seeking to profit from the suffering of people with hearing problems, which usually concerns elderly people burdened with a lack of knowledge in this area. Their gullibility and vulnerability have become a target for negligent merchants, which causes deep regret and indignation. The money was returned to us for the devices, but the sediment was not very pleasant. We came from another city, spent the night in a Hotel, waiting, happy that at least one ailment had passed from the shoulder, but in the end only disappointment, and now everything has to start all over again... I'm attaching a couple of possible answers so that you understand what I'm talking about, unfortunately, I can't provide audio calls and answers from other centers, but you can always ask for it yourself.

We handed over the hearing aids for repair on Thursday. Today is Tuesday, there is no response or greetings. Keep quiet until the end.These devices last me for six months, then they turn off. And they're always looking for the reason in me.
