Peaceful, small size looks more like History town Red square, horse man in black colour as Hero with the award presiding on the middle, kind of reminded of manslaughyer times, not sure why humanity praise fulls on horses with negative energy, when we will understand, that more positive energy, thoughts expressed around us better life, better things to cum, but yet we still promote, horse men with awards as symbol of power control on this planet, why not Beautiful woman with jar of milk, or some enegmatic long lost enimal, no, ????

If you are on the 2nd or 3rd path, then there are two options: 1) on the bridge on the left (if facing the tracks), and there is no inclined exit for strollers / suitcases, only steps, 2) on the right along the flooring between the rails, and then soil / rubble and if it rains, then dirt on the wheels of your suitcase. I really like Almaty station 2, the location is convenient, transport, in particular bus 12 (the route was extended, which is very convenient, now those who live in the upper part of the city can easily get to the station. ) The station is clean, everything is accessible, the toilets are neat, a convenient waiting place, everything is displayed on the scoreboard, departure-arrival time. Старый, но хороший вокзал, персонал отзывчивый, охранники добрые. Девочки со справочной службы очень добрые, обязательно помогут, очень внимательные!
Ставлю 1 звезду только за работников кассы. Это просто кошмар, работает 1 максимум две кассы, и очередь за час продвигается на 1-2 человека! Вообще не понятно чем они занимаются, очень грубые, нужен был посадочный талон, так и не дождалась своей очереди пришлось ехать на жд вокзал Алматы 1.

Тальго да сейчас хорошие но цены кусаются очень ,а старые вогоны как были ушатаные хоть так и есть,хотя последний раз ездила Алматы Новосибирск купе заметила что очень чисто и окна новые ,вот ресторана на такое дальнее расстояние очень не хватает.

Обычный железнодорожный вокзал)Малекая суета как везде, немного шума) а так всё хорошо! Есть зал ожидания где можно подождать свой поезд,а если не хотите ждать в нутри можно выдти на свежий воздух)Так же имеется лавочки для ожидания на улице

Ужасное общественное здание Вокзал Алматы 2 и Алматы 1, туалеты дуть, внутри ремонт наверное не делали лет 30-40 наверное. И это же наше лицо города, сколько приезжих туристов приезжает и в том числе иностранных!!! Как театр начинается с вешалки так город начинается с ЖД - авто вокзалов и аэропортов!!!

Четыри платформы, вокзал не большой, но справляется с потоком пассажиров , всего как говориться по немного, есть туалет , камера хранения , зал ожидания, киоски газет и сувениров , кассы продаж билетов , справочная, ресторан

Есть парковка, есть зал ожидания, камера хранения для багажа, туалет бесплатный, есть киоски с низкими ценами, очередей нет. Возле вокзала есть парк.

Обычный вокзал, ничего особенного , напротив от центрального входа есть ТРЦ «Алтын Тараз» где можно так же перекусить, работа персонала хорошая в целом сойдет.
