Regarding parking, they complain that the traffic jam is created after concerts, because the exits are inconvenient. The location is a new area, buses run along the route. The traffic jam is like everywhere else.
The building is beautiful and modern. Clear. There is a buffet. There are cash desks in front of the entrance. Mostly the audience has electronic tickets. A good concert venue.

We were at Zemfira's concert. Well, first of all, there are no waiting benches inside the building. The water bottles in the cafe are sold without lids. The seats themselves (chairs) in the hall are uncomfortable, the knees rest against the neighbor's back, it is very cramped and there is catastrophically little space for the person sitting. Acoustics are clearly not for a concert, the sound wave reverberates with force in the sternum. The seats were opposite the stage, and the stage was located very far away. There was a fan zone in front, where there was a crowd of people. That is, there were no seats closer to the stage. Zemfira's face is not visible, the good thing is that the TVs are big, and they looked at her there 🤦🏻♀️

Tell me, who designed the parking lot and driveways? And where did those who were supposed to control those who designed look? At any events, it's just terrible in terms of leaving parking lots on the roadway. There's a desert all around, couldn't you turn on the mind? In general, it's hard to go there by car. Especially leaving. Taxis are also not an option, since this is the outskirts, and the nearest streets are all filled with cars.
I am silent about public transport. It doesn't actually exist. And the one that is, is packed full. Or the concerts end closer to 12 at night.

Parking sucks, entry and exit are terrible. The entrance is far from the parking lot and without signs. The salad was taken away at the entrance, but there was nothing at the exit. Boxing itself is super.

And after the concert, the security guards almost forcibly expel everyone to the street, which is especially annoying at -20 when there is no taxi, and you just sat down to have a snack at the local buffet.
