The employees of this branch are incompetent. They could not explain why the debt was entered into the receipt, although everything was paid monthly. On Whatsapp, the meter readings are ignored by them. 2 employees out of 5 were busy with visitors, 3 were free, but...none of the three of them wanted to accept. I am outraged by the service.
