By the time you wait for the elevator, it will be half the working day. The location is not convenient due to the traffic interchange and a whole bunch of doors, so it's difficult for new visitors to figure out how and where they need to go.
Once a week or two, a training fire alarm is consistently activated with mandatory evacuation from the building. So if there is a real fire, it will be like in the parable of the shepherd boy who shouted "wolves! wolves!"
Otherwise, everything is cool - polite staff, cleanliness, good repair and bright rooms.

A half-dead state, trying to find a concept, not really yet. Apparently, the attempt to attract young people, coworking, and new trends is also saving Choco. There is not enough gloss, although the place is perfect.

A good space. There are lectures on various topics, movies. Tickets are available online on the ticket. There is convenient Parking and Cafes around the perimeter. The only thing missing is greenery. The office of one of my companies is at the very top, come in ;-)
