An ordinary 3 star hotel for such small money. Near the airport, quiet rooms, good and friendly stuff. But the hotel needs to renovate the rooms, especially in the bathrooms. Old wallpapers, furniture and cracked tile. Also the guest has to spill water for 15 minutes to make it hot.
And please, will put the hair dryer to each room😄

Great place to stay on layovers from ALA! Clean, passable rooms, with Wi-Fi and breakfast. Staff largely speaks Russian and Kazakh, though some know English, but are generally willing to navigate any language barrier. Only takes cash and Kaspi Pay, but an ATM is available at the airport. No vending available, but only a moment’s walk from a nearby grocery store.

Good value for money, good comfortable mattresses on the beds, walking distance from the airport and the availability of breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception staff are friendly and will always help you with any questions

A cozy hotel, one km from the airport..
It is inexpensive to wait out your flight.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. Under the old owner, the entire room stock gradually turned into ruins. New people have come, they are doing repairs, it turns out very well. But there are several huge disadvantages. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, the drain in the shower stalls is almost always clogged, not always clean dishes at breakfast. And of course, the price of accommodation, after the renovation, began to rise.

Convenient location, nice room (I had a junior suite, I don't know about the others). The staff is not very efficient.
There is a small square in front of the hotel, near shops, places where you can eat.
Unfortunately, I couldn't taste breakfast. One of the disadvantages was that there was no mosquito net on the window.

There are no questions for the staff, everything is fine, a friendly, polite girl. I met her, explained everything, told her.
The room is not large, we were in a double room with 1 bed.
Shower, toilet, wardrobe, mirror, hair dryer, towel, slippers, everything is as it should be. I can't say anything about the food for breakfast.
The rooms could have been cleaner, few people look into hidden corners.

Of the advantages, it was only close to the AP. Breakfast is terrible, absolutely always yesterday's dried sausages. The rooms are shabby, in them you will be accompanied by either the smell of urine or mold. In the bathroom, water always flows out of the shower onto the floor, sometimes it is pumped into the room, which apparently causes the smell of mold.
The hotel is currently undergoing cosmetic repairs, perhaps everything will get better after it.

An option exclusively for short rest and taking a shower during transit flights. I will omit the general condition of the building, the lack of general cleanliness, the noise of some huge machine on the roof, the absence of an elevator, a water cooler, etc. The receptionist was friendly and friendly. There is a feeling that it is high time to update the photos of the rooms on the site for the wear of furniture and interior😂

From the airport to the hotel is a 6-minute walk (the asphalt is new). We lived for three nights. We checked in at six in the morning. The room is 2-bedded (N 613). There is an air conditioner (not included), a grid on the window. Alas, there is no kettle (not critical) and ... a refrigerator (which is a pity).
There are shampoos and toothbrushes in the shower. Slippers for small feet. The linen and towels are new.
There are 60 channels on TV.
Breakfast: fried eggs with sausage or porridge (large portion), tea bags or instant coffee, bread.
The staff always meets your wishes.
Due to a leak from the top floor, we had to move into room 603 for one night. There was already a kettle in this room.

I checked into the hotel before 10:00. The girl in the dining room asked for a breakfast voucher, but they did not give it at the reception, they said it was late, although breakfast is from 08:00-10:00. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. Hot water is a little warm. The shower is not working properly, it barely flows! The water in the sink hardly goes away. The toilet brush is rusty, dirty and broken. The tile in the shower is broken. The wires for the antenna to the TV simply stick out of the wall. The mattress of the bed is like a concrete slab! The pillow is like a bag of chips (size). The batteries in the TV remote control were chewed and the cover was lost. We haven't heard about comfort here. It's all for 24,000 tenge(5,000₽) - what is this price for? The only plus is there is Wi-Fi and I was surprised, it's free! One star is a plus to the fact that the walk from the airport is no more than 10 minutes. Don't be fooled by the taxi drivers at the entrance, I was led, the first time in Almaty I drove for 5000 tenge (the company pays). I came back on foot and didn't even break a sweat. And so if there are a lot of suitcases, you can get there for 1000 + /- tenge. Use Yandex. taxi, real prices (not advertising). Good luck!

You can only stay clean for one night, I would call this hotel more like a motel, probably. The girl at the reception is not very friendly. I realized one thing, if the staff is polite, friendly, and the hotel is a little old, then I will have more memories about the staff.
