An ordinary 3 star hotel for such small money. Near the airport, quiet rooms, good and friendly stuff. But the hotel needs to renovate the rooms, especially in the bathrooms. Old wallpapers, furniture and cracked tile. Also the guest has to spill water for 15 minutes to make it hot.
And please, will put the hair dryer to each room😄
Great place to stay on layovers from ALA! Clean, passable rooms, with Wi-Fi and breakfast. Staff largely speaks Russian and Kazakh, though some know English, but are generally willing to navigate any language barrier. Only takes cash and Kaspi Pay, but an ATM is available at the airport. No vending available, but only a moment’s walk from a nearby grocery store.
Good value for money, good comfortable mattresses on the beds, walking distance from the airport and the availability of breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception staff are friendly and will always help you with any questions
A cozy hotel, one km from the airport..
It is inexpensive to wait out your flight.
Of course, I recommend it to those who are not particularly strict about comfort.
Nice wide beds, good wifi.. They'll give you some dishes for breakfast, you won't stay hungry.
A great hotel. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean. Shower, toilet in the rooms. The time is counted from the moment of check-in. There is breakfast. There are also set lunches and dinners for individual money.
It was warm, cozy, and quiet, despite the proximity of the airfield, the furniture was old, the bed was clean, but the mattress was sooo hard, like sleeping on rocks, a little dirty, but on the other hand, what could you ask for 11 thousand tenge?
A normal hotel, where you can spend the night cleanly and quietly between flights, breakfast is included..also normal. But the usual is not a luxury. But it's clean, the bed is clean. I have a tooth.brushes, soap, shampoo gel, slippers
I have stayed at this hotel more than once. Under the old owner, the entire room stock gradually turned into ruins. New people have come, they are doing repairs, it turns out very well. But there are several huge disadvantages. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, the drain in the shower stalls is almost always clogged, not always clean dishes at breakfast. And of course, the price of accommodation, after the renovation, began to rise.
Convenient location, nice room (I had a junior suite, I don't know about the others). The staff is not very efficient.
There is a small square in front of the hotel, near shops, places where you can eat.
Unfortunately, I couldn't taste breakfast. One of the disadvantages was that there was no mosquito net on the window.
There are no questions for the staff, everything is fine, a friendly, polite girl. I met her, explained everything, told her.
The room is not large, we were in a double room with 1 bed.
Shower, toilet, wardrobe, mirror, hair dryer, towel, slippers, everything is as it should be. I can't say anything about the food for breakfast.
The rooms could have been cleaner, few people look into hidden corners.
Of the advantages, it was only close to the AP. Breakfast is terrible, absolutely always yesterday's dried sausages. The rooms are shabby, in them you will be accompanied by either the smell of urine or mold. In the bathroom, water always flows out of the shower onto the floor, sometimes it is pumped into the room, which apparently causes the smell of mold.
The hotel is currently undergoing cosmetic repairs, perhaps everything will get better after it.
I put 4 for the location near the airport, clean bed linen, a normally working shower, a hairdryer, hygiene items.
An option exclusively for short rest and taking a shower during transit flights. I will omit the general condition of the building, the lack of general cleanliness, the noise of some huge machine on the roof, the absence of an elevator, a water cooler, etc. The receptionist was friendly and friendly. There is a feeling that it is high time to update the photos of the rooms on the site for the wear of furniture and interior😂
The rooms are dirty , the floors are not washed, the dirty bakals do not change the towel issued with drops of blood .
The request to leave is ignored twice by the administration . The third time I told the cleaners the toilet itself was washed , but the floor in the room was not washed and the dirty glasses were cleaned on the second day . It's on the ground floor where the five hundredth rooms are dirty everywhere. The third floor is soaked with cigarettes . This athel is not worth it!!!
Convenient location near the airport. Major repairs have been required in the rooms and bathroom for a long time: the wallpaper has moved away from the walls, the tiles have burst, the sockets have fallen out of the fastenings. There is a TV, but it is very small.
An inexpensive hotel, There is a shower and a bathroom in the room, there is air conditioning. Very close to the airport. The sofa is comfortable, the bed linen is clean.
Only if it's an emergency. The price is like for a stay in a more or less decent hotel. There is a very heavy smell in the rooms, the renovation leaves much to be desired. I didn't even use the bathroom... The only advantage is the proximity to the airport, 5 minutes on foot and already in the terminal.
A mixture of modernity and modernity. One of the advantages of the airport is within walking distance, you can take a shower and relax between flights. The prices are affordable.
The heat is very strong, the heat is in the room, we slept with the window open. Everything is old, but clean. The breakfasts are included, the portions are large, the food quality is average. We'll wait out the flight at night.
From the airport to the hotel is a 6-minute walk (the asphalt is new). We lived for three nights. We checked in at six in the morning. The room is 2-bedded (N 613). There is an air conditioner (not included), a grid on the window. Alas, there is no kettle (not critical) and ... a refrigerator (which is a pity).
There are shampoos and toothbrushes in the shower. Slippers for small feet. The linen and towels are new.
There are 60 channels on TV.
Breakfast: fried eggs with sausage or porridge (large portion), tea bags or instant coffee, bread.
The staff always meets your wishes.
Due to a leak from the top floor, we had to move into room 603 for one night. There was already a kettle in this room.
The staff is completely incompetent. I booked a room a week in advance, when I checked in, the girl at the reception crawled out sleepy, gave me a dirty, unmade room. Later, the cleaning lady came in sleepy, saying that they had just left the room. A lame attitude, of course.
We spent the night before departure. We were hit by an earthquake. The building is strong. Responsive girls at the reception. Clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom. It's quite decent for the night. There is a mini cafe. You can eat. 5 min to the airport.
We stopped twice, on the way to Turkey and back this fall. The rooms are cramped. There is no kettle, mugs, spoons. The walls are cardboard. And the prices for such a service are greatly inflated.
The hotel is very conveniently located for transit tourists. The staff is pleasant and friendly.
Special thanks to the young employee for helping with a heavy suitcase))
I checked into the hotel before 10:00. The girl in the dining room asked for a breakfast voucher, but they did not give it at the reception, they said it was late, although breakfast is from 08:00-10:00. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. Hot water is a little warm. The shower is not working properly, it barely flows! The water in the sink hardly goes away. The toilet brush is rusty, dirty and broken. The tile in the shower is broken. The wires for the antenna to the TV simply stick out of the wall. The mattress of the bed is like a concrete slab! The pillow is like a bag of chips (size). The batteries in the TV remote control were chewed and the cover was lost. We haven't heard about comfort here. It's all for 24,000 tenge(5,000₽) - what is this price for? The only plus is there is Wi-Fi and I was surprised, it's free! One star is a plus to the fact that the walk from the airport is no more than 10 minutes. Don't be fooled by the taxi drivers at the entrance, I was led, the first time in Almaty I drove for 5000 tenge (the company pays). I came back on foot and didn't even break a sweat. And so if there are a lot of suitcases, you can get there for 1000 + /- tenge. Use Yandex. taxi, real prices (not advertising). Good luck!
Clean, cozy. The bed is snow-white. The bathroom was spotless. The food in the cafe is very tasty. I recommend. We stayed for a day. Unfortunately, no photos were taken.
You can only stay clean for one night, I would call this hotel more like a motel, probably. The girl at the reception is not very friendly. I realized one thing, if the staff is polite, friendly, and the hotel is a little old, then I will have more memories about the staff. Therefore, I recommend asking your staff to do the job professionally.
The hotel is generally normal, but the cook Kanesh is rude and there was no breakfast, although they said that the plane would be with us early and so it would be good to spend the night

The staff is very angry.. There were terrible impressions about this place, there was a transfer for 5 days, we were in Kazakhstan for the first time, we decided to stay in this place because of the cheap prices. Everything is fine, except for the staff and the kitchen, you can only enter the kitchen during breakfast, lunch and dinner, but you can't just go in and drink tea at any time, which is very frustrating, although it was said at the time of booking that the kitchen is freely available
Unfortunately, there are many disadvantages.. starting from the building itself, ending with the Internet.. (repairs are currently being done in the rooms, but a lot of things are broken) there are various animals - since there is a park nearby.
I arrived in Almaty early in the morning, the connecting plane in 12 hours, there were no places near the airport in the hotel, they advised this hotel, not very far from the airport, 10 minutes on foot, the rooms are good, there is a beautiful park behind the hotel where you can walk, there was rice porridge or omelette for breakfast
Ambiguous, an old hotel with a design from the beginning of 2000, with old carpet, problems with hot water and a strange breakfast, but since it was necessary to spend the night between flights and for the cost of 3000 rubles, it will go. And most importantly, be careful with the address indicated on the booking: Ogareva 51/3, and he is Kyrimzhan 51/3, which is 600 meters further, so if you decide to walk with your luggage, then keep in mind, but 1 km from the airport, which is also convenient. They take a deposit of 1000 rubles, they return it upon arrival. There is no card payment, only a transfer to a Kazakh bank, either in cash tenge or in cash rubles. The room will be checked at check-out.
Cleanliness, a good breakfast, quite a lot and satisfying. The hard mattress in the room, I liked it. The best thing is to spend the night between flights. Near the airport, shop.
It is very convenient not far from the airport, however, they will not move closer soon now there are 700 meters from the airport 800 they say that they will move closer by another 150 m I do not know where there will be a good hotel nearby, you can stop by for a while before the flight
The rooms are small but clean, breakfast is included, you can eat normally. It is located next to the airport in 7 minutes on foot. There is a self-service store and small cafes nearby
10 minutes walk from the airport. It will probably be inconvenient to walk with a suitcase.
Small rooms, beds with a hard mattress, the shower is pretty clean, the bed linen is clean.
In order to spend the night in a normal place.
I liked everything. A good enough hotel). Calm, quiet, clean. The room is cozy). The receptionist was very polite. The documents were processed quickly, without errors. The airport is a 3-minute drive away. It is convenient and quick to get there. Thank you for the warm welcome)!
clean room, comfortable bed, battered, but working, plumbing, very cramped shower stall, towels are available, disposable soap cleaners, breakfast is quite dense, delicious, 5-7 minutes walk to the airport, relatively close (8 minutes on foot) public transport stop
The TV is not working. Hot water takes a very long time to heat up. There are no curtains on the windows, you can't sleep properly in the morning. In general, if you only sleep at night, it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend it that way. Very strong noise from airplanes
It looks like a Soviet kindergarten ) To spend the night with a long transfer of norms. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the airport. It takes a couple of minutes by taxi. The breakfast is very hearty, but for me it is wrong and tasteless. Require a refundable cash deposit
We were passing through for half the night. The suitcases were lifted to the 2nd floor on foot, there is no elevator. It's expensive, they gave 14 thousand for 2 adults + a child. The shower didn't drain, it was clogged. There was no TV remote control. You can't drink tea either, there's nothing. Of the advantages, the bed is good, clean, warm.
I spent the night for 4 hours between flights. Not far from the airport. Furniture, plumbing in poor condition, tiles in the bathroom are broken. The linen on the bed was clean. I do not recommend it for living, just to stay overnight.
