Almaz Sanatorium is located in Borovoye.
We arrived on March 22, and Nauryz 2025 was celebrated here. The national dish nauryz kozhe, baursaki, was served on the street.
You could buy kebabs, drinks, and pastries.
There was a small concert, a competition for lifting weights of 6 kg. It's well organized. We also held a presentation of a foot massager.
The treatment here is good. We settled into the attic, the room is cozy, but the lighting is weak and dim.
The food is of course dietary, we didn't really like it. You can cook delicious food from the same products, with soul and love.
In general, we had a good rest, walked, and breathed the pine air.

Almaz sanatorium left only pleasant impressions! Cozy rooms, delicious and balanced meals, and most importantly – professional wellness treatments. The staff is helpful, the area is well maintained, ideal for walking. A great place to relax and recover. I recommend IT TO EVERYONE!

I liked everything, thanks a lot to the girls, the chefs for the delicious food, the youth for the service, the doctors, the girls who cleaned the houses, and this is Evgenia and her assistants. When you go to a sanatorium, people should understand that you are eating for treatment, this is not Turkey for you, so please treat the staff with respect. I went to the sanatorium from 15 to 29 and lived in a wooden house at number 9 on the second floor, the girls Zhanna from Karaganda and Naila from Petropavlovsk were with me, and of course we got in touch with them, we made a lot of friends. From June 3 to June 17, my husband and I rested on a state permit at this institution. This trip was so psychologically traumatic for us that we seriously think that our foot will not be there. We are both disabled people of the second group, since my husband requires care and assistance in everyday life, we always take one room for two. I was immediately stunned by giving different numbers, well, at least nearby. But again, there was discomfort, inconvenience. An attempt to somehow change the situation did not lead to success, having come across rudeness, rudeness of the deputy director. We were told that it was our fault that we had to choose a number in the social security department . We were shocked, especially since Sobes had never offered rooms. Then they fed us breakfast for two weeks , but they didn 't get over it .
Attitudes towards people with disabilities are terrible. The dining room is a separate topic pigs are better fed , pieces of uncooked vegetables, frozen potatoes in mashed potatoes. And salads are generally terrible.
The only bright thing is our massage therapist Vadim. He is a master in his field, many thanks for his hard work and respectful treatment.

Every year everything gets worse and worse: service, food, treatment. Everything has been cut down, few procedures are prescribed, mostly all paid procedures. On nutrition, too, savings have gone: there are no fruits, no pastries, kefir used to be given before bedtime, now only for afternoon tea, the fifth meal was removed. The weather also turned bad in Borovoye, in 2024. The conclusion is that next year it will be possible not to come.

It's just awful. It's very bad. The rooms are terrible, even the toilet with a bathroom for two families. The rooms are very small. The food is disgusting, mostly potatoes, and sweet at that. Doctors are incomprehensible. They didn't assign more than one procedure I needed. The dirt is not real, but protection in plastic pads. The territory is small and dirty. I recommend the Shchuchensk sanatorium in Shchuchensk.

A good sanatorium, I rested there this (2024) year. The nature is awesome, and the sanatorium itself is good , the food is normal, there were no hungry people. The staff is friendly. I Recommend Sanatoriums.

Nice, pleasant sanatorium, polite staff, good dining room, excellent food,
They feed you the way they didn't eat at home 😄
Good medical procedures and rooms, and of course there are paid services.
Everything for recreation is available, a swimming pool, billiards, gym, gym, not a large library.
Very beautiful views, nature, air, very fascinating mountain scenery.
It is definitely worth coming here.
The prices are reasonable, you will not find cheaper with such conditions (3 meals a day, medical procedures, nature, excursion, cultural leisure)
But... This is my purely personal opinion and impression of this place.
So first of all, visit this sanatorium and make up your opinion about it😉

Not a high-quality service. Poor and disorganized nutrition. The air conditioning does not work in the rooms. There are queues everywhere. Inattentive and rude staff.
There's nothing to do without a very thick wallet, and you can find better ones with it. There is no beach as stated in the advertisement, but there is a paid one that does not belong to the prafilaktory.
I do not recommend it.

The dining room is large, beautiful, the kitchen is delicious, there is a lake nearby, but I was in winter. The nature is wonderful, the squirrels are tame, they take you on slides and ice skating for a fee. The sauna is paid, the pool is free, but cold, again in winter. It turns out that if you want to go to the sauna, then you get a pool, and then others are not allowed there. And when no one ordered a sauna, you can swim in the pool, it seemed somehow inconvenient. The souvenir shop is cool). It's probably more interesting there in the summer

The disgusting Almaz sanatorium! It's the worst I've ever seen! The living conditions are terrible, dirty, damp, everything is dead and squalid. And nutrition is just a separate nightmare, even pigs and dogs probably don't get fed with such food. I never advise anyone to come to Almaz! Even 1 star is a lot for them.
