Previously, in the store at this address, we have repeatedly encountered the fact that there is one price tag, and as a result, a completely different price is payable. And now, before taking the product, we take a picture of the price tag. Today was no exception, Olives were punched at the checkout for more than the price tag on the shelf. We turned to the seller-cashier Anastasia Zychkova with the question "why the price of the goods does not match the one stated on the shelf", to which Anastasia "with all her love" looked at us and said that she had nothing to do with the price of the goods, she would punch the goods at the value that she was given. To which we showed a photo with a price tag from the rack. Anastasia left and called the senior cashier, Ekaterina Kuznetsova. Ekaterina also said that she has nothing to do with price tags. The workers communicated very brazenly, in a rude tone. Previously, we also faced similar problems in other stores, but the sellers turned out to be professionals in their field and either returned the price difference or punched it according to the price tag indicated on the shelf. I think it's not worth writing here about the Law on Consumer Protection, which obliges them to sell the product at the stated price. The seller's refusal to sell the product at the price indicated on the price tag may result in an administrative penalty. The Code of Administrative Offences provides for administrative liability for deception of consumers, as well as violation of the rules of trade and provision of services to the public. We asked for a book of "Comments and Suggestions", and I want to note that there are quite a lot of complaints about this topic and people write that even after a few days the price tags do not change. This suggests that the management does not react to this in any way. After writing a complaint, we went back to the price tag with Olives and lo and behold!!!, the price tag of the product was changed) And how did it happen?! If the sellers and cashiers have stated that they have nothing to do with the price tags…

The store is good if there is nowhere else to go, there used to be a cool store, but it has slipped very much, the finished products are terrible and also very expensive, vegetables and fruits are often not fresh. There is a penny in the neighborhood, the choice is not great, but the quality is a level higher, the administration is terrible, it feels like the director has a day off every day, the receptionist is rude. And also once they almost cheated, it was good that they noticed.

A great store, exactly the same as the chain. Huge selection, good promotions, significant discounts. The staff is highly qualified, I did not notice huge queues, there are also self-service ticket offices. The choice is quite versatile, if you want pizza, sushi and the like - here you will find it.
