But on June 30, 2025, at 10:45 a.m., I witnessed such a scene. In the self-service area, an elderly man asked an employee who worked in this area to help arrange the weight product. By the way, I had to make such a request before. In such cases, I have always received the necessary help. At the same time, the customer heard in response: "If you don't know how to use it, go to the general cash register."After that, she went up to the guard and started ranting like a winner. that there's nothing to go to self-service if you haven't learned how to use it. The last name of this employee, if I read it correctly on the badge, is Kulikovskaya. Unfortunately, I didn't put this employee in her place, because I was a little confused.
