Sellers and cashiers work slowly, it feels like they are just serving their working hours... The constant boorish attitude of the seller in the sausage department, I just don't want to go there when she's at work. And the cashier is the same, there is always the smallest queue for her ...
It is not clear why there are 4 self-service cash desks, if there is no administrator on them, cashiers and guards ignore signals for help, as if they do not hear and do not see and so on all the time! At the same time, it is also interesting - one guard removes mistakes, and the second one says that he does not have such authority... It's very strange.

The situation is very unpleasant, in my opinion. The representative of the guard behaved incorrectly, raised his tone, frantic sighing:... At once I will call the police and you are at my place!... A young man, a buyer, tried to call someone, answering the guard that he had no right to talk to him in such a tone.
On the eve of the women's holiday, the organization where I work ordered 34 bouquets of flowers for our employees. We bought them, but not in Almi.

Compared to the same Euroopt, this network benefits greatly. Now, if we need a large purchase of food, we go from the other end of the city here. Bread baking is simply incomparable! New comfortable carts. I also liked the self-service cafeteria area, where you can warm up the purchased food in the microwave and eat it right there on the tables. Unusual and pleasant. They would also install a coffee machine here and it would be absolutely great! It's a pity that we have only one such store! The second store of the same chain in the city is smaller, not the same format. So my recommendations and suggestions for expansion.
