Hello, I live in the house where the Almi store is located. I go there every day, I know all the staff who work there. Everything is fine with the store, but the staff is a separate conversation. A woman works (short stature) who allows herself to talk to clients rudely, disrespectfully, snaps back. I would close my eyes if this was an unambiguous case, but it happens on an ongoing basis. Example: I'm standing at the checkout, asking for a package for me, a woman ignores and punches the product, asked again and in response I hear "I heard you, I'm not deaf" so please forgive me! Why don't you offer it and give it away if you've heard it? and this is just a small thing compared to everything else.
The assortment is not bad, but in the store in the evening during rush hour, there are only 3 ticket offices, each of which has at least 25-30 people. I feel sorry for the cashiers, as well as for the time spent.
A good store. Not huge. Cosy. New. Queues are rare. Nice prices for fruits/vegetables. The assortment is certainly not large, but for each product there is a choice of two or three positions. Mostly groceries.
Nice cashiers. At least the ones that work in the evening.
A great alternative to the neighboring shops, where the queues do not end from 9 to 22.
Almost always, as soon as I go to the store in the evening, 1 cash register is open during rush hours and people are forced to queue for a long time.
People are forced to go to self-service ticket offices :(
A good store, but a lot of low-quality products. In particular, fruit and vegetables and meat department. Prices are basically the same as everywhere (because I was not in Minsk for a long time, there is not much to compare with)
A small shop, a good choice! But there is no room, if a person is looking at something, then you have to squeeze through, afraid of catching something and dropping it!
A convenient, compact store, a good work schedule, a big plus of self-service cash desks, although they have a minus that there is constantly no person responsible for these cash desks and if you take alcohol, you have to wait for the cashier to confirm your age
Average.
Constant misunderstandings about payment at the checkout with customers, something is not counted forever or the
staff is transferred to 3 out of 5, where they only earned money. There is something to compare it with, with the same Crown, where everything is clear, like at the Ritz Hotel.Promotional items: carefully. It is often already on the way to the state of "in the trash", especially cooking. I do not recommend this store
The selection of products is excellent. The assortment is very large. But, they recently redesigned the cash registers and left only two. Most often, one cashier and a huge queue, until we call the second one with the whole queue, pretend that they do not see. I took off one star for this.
When I arrive, there are always places to park, the assortment is quite large, but it's a little cramped with a kalyaska for myself, only my favorite tea was not there.
I asked for help at the self-service checkout. The girl was rude. She drove at me that I was looking for a sausage in the wrong place in the dough. It was possible to calmly show this work of hers without aggression and attacks.
It is better not to take open pastries in the store, there may be cockroaches, expired products, cashiers deceive and do not politely communicate with the buyer
Cashiers surprise almost everything all the time, not for the better. If the terminal asks for a seller's call at the self-service checkout, you can wait a very long time for it, because there are no sellers - they are busy at the checkout, and until they are free, they will not come. The most disliked store in Minsk by staff
A huge range of products, there is something for everyone.
Prices are also pleasing and frequent promotions.
The main advantage of the chain of these stores is round-the-clock operation.
When you need to go out for groceries at night, it's the best choice.
A good Almi, a meeting place for a huge number of people, a lot of students from dormitories, used to take coffee here all the time, but lately it's not very tasty here, and syrups are constantly either a small choice or there are few of them. And in general, prices in almi are higher than the average in Minsk, an expensive store, and also the pastries are not very solid, the choice is so-so, the space on Dzerzhinsky has raised the bar, now they go there more often for coffee and prices are lower there.
A good network deli, there is everything you need, but no more. There are ATMs as well as a point with dried fruits. While the place is not worn out and fresh, they try to keep the brand. There is a good selection of vegetables and fruits, even fresh figs. The baking is standard. There are always promotions and discounts. Those who live nearby will be happy, although the ALmi supermarket is also nearby.
Very poor choice, little space, poor quality goods. We purchased semi-finished products (cutlets, of our own production) spoiled, although the seller said that the cutlets are fresh, you can take them. As a result, of all the purchases in the receipt for 80 rubles, only toilet paper was of acceptable quality.
It happens that they cheat.
The team is not working well.
Pay ATTENTION to the price tag, because at the checkout it may be different, in a big way.(a liter of milk at the checkout has become more expensive by 15 kopecks.).The difference was returned, of course, but this did not solve the problem.
We bought milk. It was opened - sour, but everything is in time. I don't care that the cashiers are unfriendly, but the fact that they are rude is beyond any bounds! We recruited students, but forgot to teach elementary rules! There will be a complaint book next time! Why do you need these? It's rude to drive into the neck. Let him rake the wagons, and not work in the service sector! I chose this profession, be kind - follow the rules!
It is very good for a store of the "at home" format. There are semi-finished products, finished products, a coffee machine and even a small counter with a microwave. There are queues, but they are small.
There is only one cashier at a regular cash register and a self-service cash register, if there are any mistakes somewhere, then congestion for a long time.
A small grocery store. There are all the basic necessities. You can drink good coffee from the coffee machine. There are no big queues.
Sometimes products have outdated price tags with a promotional price that is no longer valid.
The prices in your store are too high, in the same euroopt, in Santa it is much cheaper. I don't know why, but I didn't really like the store right away.
