I often visit this store, and I always have a good impression. I really like the fruit and vegetable department, it has a great assortment and quality compared to Euroopt. The store always has everything, if you ask the staff, they will always tell you. There used to be queues, now it's better, it's clear that there are few staff, you rarely meet anyone in the hall.. In general, the store is on a solid 9! I prefer him, thank you!
A good store, one of the few in the area, is open until 2 am. The assortment and quality are good, but there are not very many promotional items on discounts. On your birthday, you are given a free cake from the amount of 50 rubles and this is a completely normal cake. There is a cumulative system, there are already better discounts, but still I would like more auction prices. The store is international, there are a lot of foreign students from the neighboring student village, so there are queues at the ticket offices. All international students and all visitors to the store, as always in Belarus, are exceptionally polite and cultured. Friendship of peoples and tolerance for all people is a quality of Belarusians and those who come to us.
A good store, close to the hostel, a large assortment of various goods, but the price is high, sometimes the price tags do not match, in the department with finished products (and these are salads, cutlets) a person who weighs sometimes outweighs specially (for example, putting his hand) so be vigilant, also shawarma is there for an amateur, the pizza is delicious, the buns are too, but by the end of the day there are no chips left, everything is disassembled, bastards, I bet 8/10
I come here for lunch from time to time. Our own cooking is good, there is a dining area, and you can also warm it up there. The prices are reasonable. The only caveat: once there was some kind of problem with the scales, and the price for the meat part of the side dish + meat set was calculated as the weight of the entire set * the cost of meat, so I advise you to check just in case
I recently visited the Almi grocery store and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of products. On the shelves of the store you can find everything from fresh fruits and vegetables to ready meals and a variety of delicacies. I especially liked that all the products were neatly arranged and had fresh expiration dates.
The store staff also made a good impression on me. They were polite, helped with the selection of goods and provided information about discounts and promotions. Thanks to this, I was able to quickly find all the necessary products and save on purchases.
I also want to note that the store has loyalty programs for regular customers, which makes shopping even more enjoyable. I recommend the Almi food store to anyone who is looking for high-quality and varied food at affordable prices.
You know, I would like to say a lot of good things, but the only good thing is the national diversity near the KFS.Well, let's go directly to the grocery store. So you want to go out, treat yourself and buy yourself even a miserable yogurt or tomatoes for a salad, but then you find yourself face to face with the harsh reality of this store. Explain why there is such a terrible choice of goods, I have to go to Mikhalovo in Santa or Malinovka in Prostor to get the goods I need.Prices are often inflated, and only "I'm happy" products are pleasing, which feel like they are only supplied to the Almi store chain due to lack of connections with other partners.I'm really sorry for the time spent.
If we are not talking about the shopping center, but directly about the grocery store itself, then this is a disappointment. There are always stale fruits and vegetables, there are not always any popular products (for example, there are often no leys, small milk with a straw, orange juice of any gram, etc. on the shelves...), there are giant queues stretching to other departments, at the checkout in front of the lunch area, almost never there is no staff, prices are above average in some places, some items are not in the database at self-service cash desks (there are not all gramovki, some do not exist at all, no one can break them to you as a result). In the area with sweets, none of the employees could fill the control scales with paper, they had to go to the self-service checkout, where it turned out that the cashiers did not have scales and the whole queue had to wait until the cashier went to the sweet department, replaced the paper, punched and returned (thanks to the cashier, the question is not about his work) I'll give you a star just for having delicious eclairs there, which I've never seen in other stores (and not always, and it's not even their own production). It's cool that there's a grocery store next to my house, but I always end up going to Euroopt, because I know that almi won't have what I need))
I went to this store and I have questions for the store management. Why don't you have full-fledged self-service ticket offices? There is 1 cashier for all 10 cashiers - it breaks for all cashiers and you have to wait a long time when the 21st century is in the yard and many cashiers do all the work on the computer, and do not run through all the cashiers ( many thanks to such employees and more strength ) . But this is half the trouble, there are no scales for self-service , there are eternal problems , most of the goods are not in search and I need to call for help so that everything is punched manually for me , then the terminal hangs, then mistakenly the place of the bun breaks through to me - the assortment is fish or broccoli , some goods do not break through and you also need to call the cashier , who he runs through all the cash registers so that I can manually punch the product there is no price indicator .only after the receipt can I find out whether I have chosen the apples or not
The worst self-service ticket offices I've come across
But I also went to almi on Prytytsky and there are no problems with the cash registers-there is no self-service and there are scales and the cashier does everything quickly on the computer. Why is there such a difference , at least one store chain ?
There is everything you need and even more. Convenient location, especially for students. A food area with ready-made products, where you can buy almost any side dish and meat. The prices are a bit overpriced.
I pay in this store almost always at the self-service checkout, I ran into the same consultant twice. Once the miracle device hung up and I pressed one point twice and accidentally called for the help of a consultant in this way, they come up to me and ask in a very dissatisfied tone: what happened to you? I answer, they say, nothing, it was accidentally pressed, and then the answer arrives to me, even with a more dissatisfied tone, as if I am not the buyer with the problem, but this masterpiece consultant. The second time I took a bun, and sometimes I didn't remember the name. I click on help, and then the same consultant appears and I'm already starting to regret that I did it. Instead of just helping me find the name of the bun, I was simply scolded for not remembering the name, and only after that they helped me as if they were doing me a favor. Why do you even need such a consultant near self-service ticket offices, if he only spoils the mood and simply disrespectful to customers?
After choosing 300ml coffee and a puff with chocolate, I went to the checkout, since every coffee machine in the store has a poster that this pair (coffee and puff) will be together 3.99 byn for the promotion.
The guy at the checkout told me:
- I'm an intern, I don't know anything about any promotions, that'll be 5.80
I asked a colleague to clarify (the girl behind him at the checkout)
The girl answers:
- I don't know anything about it, maybe you need to attach a certain card.
As a result, I did not want to delay the queue and sort things out there, but with a deep misunderstanding, I bought coffee and a puff not for 3.99, but for 5.80.
Someone will say a little thing, yes, but it's unpleasant.
I have attached a photo.
I've been living on Churlenis for nine years. I walk past the store every day. And every time I want to go there. Is there anything you need to see? I rarely go out without buying. The staff is polite, the food is fresh, the choice is good. One thing is a little annoying, it's long queues at the ticket office. And this is despite the fact that cashiers work tirelessly. Maybe the reason is that there is a large campus nearby, where young people shop. In 2025, I wish the store and its employees prosperity (*J*)
It's a nice big store, there's always a lot of choice, and the pastries are delicious. I like this chain of stores. If you approach the seller, they will tell you everything and help you.
Yes and no. the selection is large and interesting. but the prices seem to be made up, they vary greatly. somewhere they jump up a lot, and somewhere the price reaches pennies. the quality of the goods is standard. the staff is not responsive. He may not immediately answer the question about the location of the goods and so on. huge queues, slow cash registers. self-service is better in this regard, but foreigners often stop them, and then workers do not quickly run to return them to working order. and the queues are huge. But, dorm workers don't choose much.
I haven 't been to this store for a long time , but there was a stock item , and I needed it . Everything is fine! I found everything, and even a parking space, which is difficult after 18.00. I think I will stop by more often. Constantly promotions .
in general, it, like the rest of the stores of this chain, is not equipped quite correctly in terms of customer service and orientation. the only thing that takes out is the stm, here it is exemplary.
and as for this particular store, it boasts a large selection (in view of its not small area). As a student, I can say that there is a lot of what I needed for food
4. 01. 2025 on the way to work, I decided to go to the ALMI store on Dzerzhinsky 91 to buy food for lunch and cigarettes. I entered the store at 7:05 and left at 7:40 without buying anything. A kilometer-long queue at the cash register WITHOUT a CASHIER, self-service cash desks are not working... The store's opening hours are from 7:00 a.m. Tell me, can I do that? I think that the level of organization of work in this store is simply at zero. This is not the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards a customer in this store. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
For my part, I plan to send an appeal to the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, as I believe that my rights as a buyer have been violated.
Any production depends on people. I recently visited the Almi store, and they served me so well at the checkout that I want to come back again and again. The cashier is calm, friendly, very well-versed in naming. Thanks!
You can buy everything you need in this store. The selection of products is not very large. I would like more variety. There are long queues at the ticket offices. But in general, the store is not bad.
There are constant queues at the cash desks, God forbid 2 out of 10 cash desks are working, the workers are slow. But that's okay. Half the trouble. But when you take a product and you can't buy it because I quote: "this is the last one, it won't break through" well, it's a complete achtung. There are also questions about quality. Salads cooked on the day of purchase are already getting stale, hot dog buns have deteriorated after a day with proper storage and a normal shelf life. It would be fine if there were isolated such situations, but no, this is observed quite regularly and with what regularly
I've been a regular customer for several years. I visited at least 3 times a week . the average check is 100 rubles. I was one of my favorite shops for a variety of products, I liked cooking, good parking, staff.
The first "flew away" cooking. Grilling, kebabs began to be cooked from frankly old and sometimes spoiled meat. To disguise this, they were salted in very large quantities and overcooked. The second parking lot was gone, they got muddled with go-karts, an inconvenient check-in. Huge queues in the evening are now wildly infuriating. There are usually 3 cash desks at 14 !!!! the cashier. I don't count self-service cash desks. There are frankly boorish cashiers, especially one aged. The choice is still tolerable, in general, everything you need to eat. At least don't lose that!
A wonderful assortment! Very tasty food in cooking, you can choose hot dishes for lunch, drinks, and eat right there-there are tables. Very often promotional fruits)vegetables are cheaper than anywhere else.
What is the problem with ordering a large number of popular chips (for example, lays)?
The department with meat products (raw) stinks.
Storing your ready-made food is a separate topic. Why pilaf in a cauldron is sent to the refrigerator, which contains bottles and other goods. Moreover, the pilaf was not covered with anything.
Often the goods are in a layer of dust (especially bottles)
There are a lot of students, but there are self-service ticket offices with a lot of students.
What I would wish the management would be more sellers, because there is one seller working in the sausage, meat, fish department - the bell rings all the time. It is convenient to take what is packaged in this store. There is often a delay, of the latter the beer is very sour and the oil is one month overdue. The store is good, but be sure to check the expiration date (there are very few staff and they do not have time to look at everything).
Queues in the evening are even too large, cash desks worked 2. Two for the whole store after 19.00, when the flow of people is the most. But the most interesting thing is, if there is no price for the product in the database, then do not expect it to be in a week or two..No. They'll just forget about it🤔
I went into the store and wanted to buy something to eat, I go to the cash desks (I have cash ) the queue is up to frozen products because there are only 2 cash desks, people complain, the same situation at the self-service checkout, I was discouraged from going to this store and the timbre of time is right next to it, I found the administrator of the trading hall and asked him the questions that interested me , and I can say one thing , the cashiers are working on their own and as they can , and there is no fault of the administrator in this either , he answered my questions calmly and asked for forgiveness for the inconvenience , as the situation was explained, very few cashiers came to work and the situation got a little out of control , especially considering that today Monday evening, the guys are well done for working at their own pace, strength and success, and I hope such people and the administrator will add money to their salary)
Everything seems to be fine: both the assortment and the prices, and it works until 2 am. but!!! Customers are not needed there! In the evening, only 2 out of 10 cash desks are open, and the self-service cash desks are stupidly closed. And it doesn't matter that there are 15-17 people in line at each ticket office...
A nice, cozy store. A wide range of products. The vetrina of salads pumped up a little ((( spoons in each bowl, it does not look nice... And all the sausage pieces are not packed, on a sausage stand, for some reason??.!! And so the store is not bad.
The store itself is not bad, the only one who is rude is the "guard" (the man who is on video all the time). Also, a big request is to stop bullying employees, set up normal self-service cash desks, this is something that always hangs, it's just terrible, I've never tried products properly without the help of employees.
Almi store - the choice of goods is very large, but when heating food independently (in the microwave), I slightly made a mistake with the route and ended up at the checkout and returned on my own, but the guard saw and 💯% issued himself bonuses.
There was a ham in the window, a whole loaf. The request to cut off a piece and show what this product is like was refused. There was a meat loaf on the counter (not in the window). She asked me to weigh it. I also received a refusal explaining that I need to go to the administrator and find out if the goods have been delivered to the parish.
I went in for a quick snack after work , Almi declares itself as a store , there is a fast food cafe in a short one. So: while I was standing in line for hot soup (having previously clarified the availability), when my turn came, I was refused, citing the fact that it turns out to be over. I've spent time waiting. I decided to take the pancakes, the girl didn't even know if sour cream was available. Okay, I decided to take tea and a sandwich to eat at least something. The sign says "express cafe ticket office", which was empty, although the computers were working, I had to go to the general cash register, with food from the cafe and stand for another 15 minutes. During this time, the tea has cooled down and my patience. Especially when I saw the dirt on the tables and napkins scattered everywhere. Thanks to Almi for the dinner and service
Super!!!The store is great!!!a very diverse assortment!!!you won't see this in other stores.since the buyers are from different countries!Good service!
I would like to express my gratitude to the commodity expert on meat and sausage products, You are a wonderful professional, colleagues from other networks should learn that there are such specialists!!!(I saw several types of smoked ribs, pates, such a selection only in this store and much more). Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!!!
We waited in the seller's department for 20 minutes, there was no call.
As a result, we took everything we needed ourselves, and we get self-service.
By the way, the desserts are not fresh.
Excellent supermarkets in the capital of the Republic of Belarus. Competitive prices and a wide range of products!!! A loyalty card with a good bonus program (but you will be able to register only if you have a local mobile number +375 ..., otherwise there is no way).
A good shopping center near the small town. When it opened, it had just opened. There is a good selection of products in the grocery store. There is a cafe and a children's entertainment center
Finished products like sandwiches and butters in low-quality packaging, half-open containers. The ham sandwich just turned out to be mildewed. Enjoy your meal
Almi is just the only store that does not follow price tags and promotions, how wonderful it is at the checkout to realize that the price of the product is not the same, also expired meat that can be poisoned hangs on the shelves at a discount, fruits are also overdue, like sour milk, cash registers are often very crowded with people, but it's not bad that self-service cash desks have appeared The queue goes faster there a little bit
A store with a good assortment, well, the staff is just rude, Osipova is rude to customers at CSR, apparently she is an unqualified employee, let her undergo advanced training if she does not understand her job
Delicious pastries, well, everything is always scattered on the shelves in the store, 1 cash register is open on a day off, they did not respond to the request, as if the employees did not come to work
