That's just because there is such an institution. No parking or normal maintenance. And by the way, placing the bank between two old buildings in the passage is certainly strong. The ban itself inside resembles a corridor in which tables stand along the wall, and the visitor sits on a chair in the middle. Visitors waiting in line are sitting along the other wall. By the way, for some reason there was no security. It takes 3 days to open the card. It's brilliant. In other banks, they do it in 20 minutes. Well, probably handmade cards. The questionnaires are filled out with errors. They can't explain anything properly. Well, maybe someone was more lucky.
