The app is working worse and worse. When money is needed from a deposit, it is impossible to access it in a timely manner (money is withdrawn from the deposit, but does not appear on the card). Previously, there was a chat with the operator in the application, but for some reason they decided to remove it🗿
I call the call center, the robot said "your position is in queue 1", and so 25 minutes have passed, I am still "first in line". It seems the call center is not working either🤦🏻♂️

In general, I am dissatisfied with alokabanklm because there are no international transfers from the word at all in the application and the opportunity to apply online for opening cards and open deposits/current accounts online is closed for non-residents. In my opinion, kapitalbank is better, alokabank is only suitable as an additional one
It was necessary to submit a questionnaire as a non-resident to issue a card, the card costs 10 times more expensive than for a resident, one plus is that it is issued quickly and it is multicurrency. They promised to check the questionnaire in an hour, as a result, I came to the bank 3 days later, it opens at 8 and the operators work from 9, long waiting and registration, confusion with coupons, long queues at the cashier, they work slowly. So my questionnaire was unchecked in 3 working days, as a result, we checked everything on the spot and clarified the points from my questionnaire by phone. Horror. Well, everything is like everyone else's, commissions for all operations. And yes, and for 3000 rubles paid for the issue of the card, they forgot to print on my card the date until which it is valid.

A bank employee was constantly climbing into the cash register. An employee suddenly volunteered to help and offered to make an exchange. After the fifth attempt, the amount was generated and transferred. When asked to process the documents, it was suggested to return to the queue. I've never seen this anywhere. Everything was happening at the 1st notary, universal cash register.
When I arrived, the queue board was not working. The queue was announced verbally. They didn't duplicate it in Russian. The staff did not pay attention to the fact that 4 people in the queue most likely do not understand Uzbek.
