I was issued a visa on October 5th. The cargo was scheduled to arrive in Moscow on October 10-11. On October 10, the managers wrote that the cargo
would arrive in the evening and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. it would be possible to pick up from their warehouse. I drove to the warehouse for 2 hours, and when I arrived (there are literally 50 meters left), the manager writes that the machine broke down in Vladimir, but it is unknown when it will arrive. They said they'd get in touch. I'm okay, since the car broke down, I didn't say anything and drove back. (Although the manager could have sent a newsletter in the morning that the cargo was delayed!)
In the evening of the same day, they wrote again that the cargo would arrive in the evening. From 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., it will be possible to pick up From the GARDENER, not from the warehouse. (I didn't want to go to the warehouse anymore. I asked them to bring them to the Gardener (they seem to have a delivery service to the Gardener) . I clarified it several times and asked for it. To be sure and arrive in the morning. And then the manager turns out to be wrong again, the car arrives at the Gardener from 6 to 10 (during this time). And I arrived at 7 a.m. (I left at 5 a.m.) in order to pick up before 10. The most terrible cargo! I can't get through to anyone, I can't finish writing! Everything is terrible!

We kept the paid cargo in our warehouse for more than a week, as a result, when we finally agreed on delivery to the World Bank warehouse, a delivery was created, we just got lost! I have shipped cargo from Bishkek three times. Yes, there is no order in the search, but sorry, and the price is childish. 70kg of cargo 1600₽. It 's okay, we searched with the boys and found a bag . Previously I worked with the Turks , believe me, the prices there are different . I am happy with the company.I recommend the prices, you won't find them cheaper.

Just crazy people working! They pushed me into hysterics! Grown men come to pick up the goods, but they can't find them. The deliverers can't wait for 2 hours! Until you find this cargo!!! They do not pick up the phone or even say that they have already taken the cargo and then ask to pay 800 rubles for the fact that they have it on the gardener. In general, if you have the opportunity, do not use this company!! Otherwise, sleep will leave you!!
