For 10 GEL it is possible to take the elevator and see the whole city and its surroundings (in case of good weather).
You can stay at the bar and order snacks and drinks at an inflated price.
It was impossible to take pictures because of the dirty glass surfaces.

We went up in the evening.
Expectations were not fulfilled. There is no view at night due to the illumination of the restaurant and the entire building.
I do not advise you to spend money on this.
Or if you decide to go to a restaurant to eat, then you can.
