(Ideally, in such situations, there are only two options, a replacement device or a refund) According to my assumption, they wanted to football me. And so it turned out, they said that they needed to contact the service to diagnose whether it was a factory defect or the customer was to blame. 2GIS found the address and directed me there. When I arrived, I found out that the service does not consider repairing headphones and I immediately called tech.maintenance of the store where the purchase was made. They said that I was sent to the nearest service that was highlighted on 2GIS and that I needed to contact the official SONY service that works on 5/2. I started to feel like a ball. Today is Saturday, I had no desire to wait until Monday and went back to the store. There was a girl named Jeanne at the reception, explained the situation and said that I would not leave until the issue was resolved. He asked me to put me in touch with my superiors if the staff refuses to understand the essence. She entered the situation and the issue was resolved, the defective headphones were replaced with serviceable ones. I am grateful to Jeanne for saving my time and nerves. As a result, I arrived at 10:00 and left at 14:00.
