It's a very nice art quarter. Spent time with my daughter (19 years old) It's been there all day. More than 20 exhibitions of contemporary artists from the Middle East, India and Africa. There are cafes and designer shops.

You can wander, there are pleasant places, including where to eat
The only thing is that it's inconvenient to get by public transport, it took 30 minutes to walk from the metro, if it were summer, we would have dried out in the sun. Take a taxi if possible.
Also, write reviews everywhere to make it easier for Russian-speaking people to navigate on maps!!) convenient Yandex maps for the masses:)
To get there only by taxi! Moreover, the local is cheaper by the meter than Yandex or Hubert. The place is atmospheric, who likes to walk through the galleries. They didn't charge anything for admission (apparently, it was free). There are a couple of restaurants and cafes. In general, it is unusual and can be visited if you have been here for 2 weeks like we have and you have managed to see other attractions. Concerts and movies are held there periodically. I say again, this place is not for everyone, but art lovers will appreciate it!

It is definitely better to visit this place and get acquainted with the modern art of Dubai. Each space has its own concept and represents 1 or more artists, so going to each gallery will definitely be unique. Art is represented in various media: from glass sculptures, installations with carpets or huge industrial structures made of metal to digital video installations, there is something from painting, but, of course, it looks much weaker in comparison with other media. Several cafes on site will allow you to spend a pleasant time here.
Unusual Dubai, I liked the place: a lot of delicious establishments, different galleries, local brands of jewelry and clothing are sold on the street. There is a place to sit with a view of the skyscrapers. Atmospheric place
I didn't quite understand the concept of space — hangars with different themes of spaces: from a gallery to a marketing bureau.
There is only one cafe, also of a very dubious format.
