It's a great place! Wonderful staff. I am shocked by how many languages the girls at the reception know!
Everything is very fast and high-quality.
A huge request to our brothers who use the bank's service - smile more often and thank the staff - they are trying very hard!
I recently saw a client harass an employee for not responding in Russian. GUYS, THEY SHOULDN'T KNOW OUR LANGUAGE. WE ARE VISITING!
Please respect their work and kindness!
Peace and love to all!
The competent staff speaks Serbian, English and Russian. If you do not speak foreign languages well, then it is better to open an account here. Most likely it will not work out in a day, lay 2-3 visits and be sure to consult when filling out the questionnaire. There are samples in the waiting room.
The bank opens accounts for expats. The staff is very friendly. The girls at the reception know Russian, thank them very much for that. They tell you everything verbatim, help you fill out the documents.
The bank's application is still weak.but I think everything will be finalized over time
A wonderful place! A reliable bank where they will always help the traveler. Well, not a traveler will probably turn to some other, more common bank ;)))
This is trash, not a bank.
From the good - a beautiful logo. They open an account quickly. Corporate dina card.
The service is zero. Okay, not fast. But they basically don't want to work.
You put money into the account - they will be credited tomorrow. Okay But you can't put euros in a Euro corporate account. And you can't go to a dinar account. You can put it on a personal dinar account and transfer it to a corporate dinar account. And convert it from it. Moreover, there is a currency exchange. But they don't know how to use it. You need to go to their alta-pay money changer, change euros for dinars, come back, put it through a personal account. But the dinars will be credited to you in a day. You can convert it in a day. Euros will be credited to you - in another day.
There was a problem with the access key to the online bank. They just started playing football. In the mail they will come - come to the department to sort it out, in the department - write letters to the post office and so on in a circle. And so - 2 weeks. As a result, we decided that we should come to the department and leave the key to replace the PIN. God willing - not for a month.
It is necessary to pay the bill in euros - they said to send the bill by a special email for payment. Sent - 4 days no response, sent the request 3 times. In the end, they answered that they could not pay without an invoice (which they sent 3 times), and then as soon as they sent the invoice, they added that they could not without an order - and neither the form, nor the form, nor the procedure for sending payments to them at all, so that they did not write without moronic questions.
Received payment in euros from a counterparty from Europe. The money went for 3 weeks. And then I found out via online banking that they were credited to the bank account in 1.5 weeks. They were just not distributed.
The bank is an antiservice.
Open corporate accounts in Poshtansk or somewhere else. Everything is bad here so far. I hope that the situation will get better over time.
PS. But in the end, the payments somehow go away.
Super department for Russian speakers! The staff speaks Russian and helps to fill out the documents. Thank them very much for such a kind and friendly attitude!
A good bank for opening an account for Russians, for the last 2 years it has been mainly focused on them. It is a pity that the majority of Russians cannot learn Serbo-Croatian properly, this creates some kind of detachment. Online banking is normal for Serbia (it is far from the level of Russia, of course, but it is hardly the bank's fault)
Perhaps a must-visit place. Here you can get a local card and a visa card, even with a tourist white cardboard. But everything is very slow, the map is made for about 2 weeks, be patient.
It's a great bank, it's a pity that there are only two branches in the city, here and in the gallery, in this one, in the design department they speak Russian, it might be useful for someone. In general, they are very friendly, solve issues quickly and efficiently
For Russian speakers, that's the bank. The staff at the entrance and in the document acceptance department speak Russian. Come in the morning to the opening, there will be no queue, people gathered after 10 a.m. and before 15.
Here you can open an account on the same day, there are Russian-speaking employees, which is a big plus for those who do not yet know other languages, so there are a lot of people from time to time and have to wait, but the staff is polite, trying to help everyone
They open cards to "non-residents", that is, to you.
The service is probably in Russian.
Everything happens for a very long time, but there is not much choice.
They speak Russian in the department for work with foreigners. They are moderately friendly. They go to a meeting, and if they have difficulties with the language, a Russian-speaking specialist comes.
For Russian speakers, the entrance is at the far right door. There is a piece of paper at the reception with a list of necessary documents for opening an account. Take all photocopies of passports (including those with a residence permit), white cardboard, a bank statement, a work contract or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and everything else possible, or you will look for a copy machine in the area.
10 out of 10 Employees speak Russian, they suggested how to properly fill out the questionnaire! We opened an account in € and $ in 20 minutes, although we have to wait 2 weeks for the card itself! You don't need to make any deposits!!!
The Russian branch. There were no problems in principle. Except that the employees themselves do not know the conditions and the amount of commissions 🤣
