I was pleased with the month of November of discounts, special thanks to the management for extending the promotion due to the influx of interested people. I would like to add a feature - paid waiting in the warehouse, because it is not always possible to pick up the tile within 2 weeks, as provided by the store. Otherwise, I think it's a great store chain!
Terrible service and no customer orientation! We ordered porcelain stoneware, the first delivery was half defective, the solution to the problem was a markdown, if refused, a replacement for a new one, which would take another week and a half to wait, the repair is worth it, the tilers too.
At the same time, it is completely unclear which tile will be brought next and how long it will take again, they asked to check the tile in advance, it turns out that there is such a service and the quality department checks the tile before shipping, a logical question arises, why does no one do this right away? Why carry 600 kg of tiles back and forth, I think in order to somehow mark it down and push it off (by the way, the markdown is only 5 percent, defective tiles). Next, the tiles are delivered, without defects, but in a completely different tone!!! The party seems to be the same, everything is the same, no one cares, it's just a mess.
Altagamma CHTUP does not offer anything to resolve the current situation, these are your problems. Everyone understands what tile variability is, but when this tile arrived for the first time, it was all the same tone, and even if it was different tones at once, you could lay it out and figure out where to put it, and when the polyvin is on the wall, it's impossible! No customer orientation, they don't care about your problems.
Shifting the repair time and downtime of the tiler are also just your problems. A lot of wasted nerves and time , moral damage, complete inaction, no suggestion of a solution to the problem! Apply only for consumer protection!!!!
I don't recommend it to anyone!
