A very big minus. This is altel, the operators themselves do not know where Altel's office is. I'm sending it to the old address.(to Abai) And they moved from there about 40 years ago. They're on Chekhov now. The service is limping. In the office. Disgruntled horror. You have to be kinder. And work for people.
