We regretted a hundred times that we contacted Altera-torg. Both the window and the door were poorly installed. The door generally closes terribly, the cracks are huge. The handle does not go up. They said you would develop it over time. They were called to fix them, they admitted the mistake, promised to reinstall and have been going to reinstall for the second month.
