You get permission for the service and come to altura, they say your car is ready, you go and get it, but they say we couldn't do a software update because of the intensity, they expect you to have to get permission again and drive to the service again, then when you state that you couldn't get permission and ask for a referral to the survey, they say let's take it from home, I didn't experience this in the old service, but my first experience of altur is unfortunately not good
