Immediately on the train, the head of the group positioned himself as a very experienced and seasoned leader (Maxim). In St. Petersburg, the group was divided into 2 hotels, it would seem, what problems might arise. But problems arose, in the second hotel the group was reassigned to another leader (who showed passive aggression). As a result, the stay in St. Petersburg was brightened up by some confusion and the absence of any organization. On the last day of our stay, just 13 people forgot, we stood waiting for them to take us on a tour, but they forgot us. We called Maxim, but he didn't answer (the money ran out). As a conclusion: you can use the services of this company, but do not relax.

Из хорошего, при оформлении тура предложили кофе, все дружелюбные и вежливые. Из плохого, просили номер с балконом, а на месте оказался номер СОВСЕМ БЕЗ ОКОН!!! Специалист уверяла, что будет балкон! Но в этом отеле балконов нет во всем здании, а в половине номеров нет окон! Как тогда можно было уверять, что будет балкон. Полная некомпетентность или обман. И то, и другое не красит турфирму. Больше не будем обращаться в эту турфирму.
