Did you come in advance at 16:00 to find out if you need to book a table for the evening? The administrator replied that there was no need for enough seats. At 19:00, a large company had already returned and there were no seats. The receptionist asked to wait a few minutes, as the space is being vacated soon. We waited for about 10 minutes, and the waiter put other visitors who were also waiting in the place we were waiting for. And we had to leave. Terrible attitude towards customers. A mess! The receptionist and the waiters don't seem to communicate.
