Services are good but expensive. Other Banks offer better services. Transaction charges are high.

A very good bank. Polite staff, there is a comfortable waiting area. Everything is very prompt and professional, many thanks to manager Tiana, she helped a lot and always tried to help, you rarely meet such professional and at the same time responsive specialists with whom you feel confident, because she knows a lot about her business :) Thank you very much , I highly recommend it 💖🍀

They helped me a lot in this branch of Altyn Bank. I've been here more than once and talked to different employees. 1. Each of them was very friendly and explained well, helped me with opening the card, which was very important to me. 2. The queue was never delayed, I waited a maximum of 3-5 minutes. I have not received such service in any other bank branch in the city (I have been to +- 10 different branches several times in a short period of time) Highly recommended
