I ordered an online card from your bank for a trip to China on 14.06, my friends advised me, since they mostly pay with a card in the subway and taxi. I called on 16.06 and asked if my card was ready. I was informed that the card is ready and I can pick it up in Astana. I said that I would be in Astana on 06/19 because I have a plane at night, but I will have to arrive earlier to get to the bank and pick up the card (I live in Temirtau). On the eve of the trip, I called the bank again and asked if my card was available. I was told not to worry. My friends recommended another bank, but I was sure that there would be no problems, as I clarified several times. As a result, I arrived at the bank and was told that the card was not ready and I was left without a payment method in China before the trip and I may have difficulties moving due to the negligence of the employees of this bank. At the bank itself, I asked for some help to get out of this situation, but they refused to help me in any way. I will not recommend this bank to anyone and I will not apply myself anymore.
