The accounts and the card were blocked without explanation. After opening the account, I transferred money to myself from card to card, and I got blocked. The bank's app was also blocked. Communication with the bank is only via WhatsApp. All questions are answered in a template: "Expect to be contacted," referring to some internal policy and verification of mass incoming payments, which in fact did not happen. It's been a month, no specifics, no deadlines, no one is getting in touch. Completely ignored. The money is blocked and there is no access to the account. Why open accounts and issue cards to non-residents if you block them at the first transaction? Some kind of lawlessness. At least give me the money back...

The department itself and the staff are not bad. It is conveniently located, there is a place to sit, the guard at the entrance will tell you everything. But there are problems with the bank itself and there are 2 of them - a disgusting buggy application for both Android and iPhone, moreover, it does not work at all for Android. Well, the bank's "compliance" for non-residents can be answered "tonight", which lasts for 3-4 days. The most important thing is to hire new app developers! It's not serious when your employees can't complete the steps on the questionnaire, restarting the process for hours, dancing with the light under the lamp, covering the glare with pieces of paper, and so on. And that's still a mistake. This is not respectable for a bank, as all your competitors have stable applications. Just do as they do and that's it.
