This bank is apparently an unscrupulous bank, funds were stolen from a debit card, just think about it, from a debit card with 1 euro on it, they stole minus 7130 EUR, as I believe bank employees can be involved in these scams, because it is impossible to pull this off without knowledge and skills and access to the banking database. Avoid this bank
