I liked the residential complex. The entrances are gorgeous. It's all clear. The playground is good. The audibility is really strong between the apartments, but I was very pleased that nothing could be heard from the street. The window is open, you can hear it, it's just silence.

This is a large residential complex under construction. We rented a place there. A very comfortable apartment, a euro two-bedroom apartment with a large area, low audibility, one minus is a collector nearby, a strong smell of sewage appeared at night. Disappeared an hour later. It's not very far to the center. Trees and landscaping are just being planted. There is a large Anwar hypermarket nearby

Nice apartment on the 22nd floor, city view. Especially beautiful at night. The location is good, shopping malls, Khan Shatyr, mosque, RDC are nearby. They draw up documents for business travelers. You need to grab slippers, hygiene products.
