Clean and warm. Polite staff. Possibility to order breakfast in a container.
Of the minuses: there was no water for some time due to the necessary maintenance of its supply equipment. Overall comfortable accommodation, price/quality 10/10

In general, a good hotel. Among the advantages: the location of the hotel in the center of the city, the decor of the room in general, polite staff.
Among the disadvantages: small rooms, the audibility of a neighbor, noisy guests, as there is a bar on the 1st floor; breakfast is not very good, it may turn out that there is no water in the room due to an event at the Khan Shatyr restaurant, located next to the hotel. Hot water takes a long time to reach in the shower
