Progressive methods of labor organization are being slowly introduced.For example, node-by-node processing with labor separation is used. But, unfortunately, without securing technological operations for each workplace. There are reasons for this:There is a shortage of seamstresses with experience, a shortage of specialists in repairing sewing machines and equipment, poor organization of labor and workplaces, and much more. On the positive side: there are jobs, employees are provided with free meals, and a hostel is provided for nonresidents.

People who come not knowing that the po is meager work for a month and leave cursing, with pain in their soul and heart-this is not good. And also the work is harmful, we get poisoned by the pungent smell of paint, if you can drink milk in the morning, everything is cool. I really like sewing, you can say it's my hobby, but unfortunately....
