I have been working at this factory as a seamstress for the 4th year. The factory specializes in sewing workwear, for 3 years there have been noticeable changes for the better. Progressive methods of labor organization are being slowly introduced. For example, node-by-node processing with labor separation is used. But, unfortunately, without securing technological operations for each workplace. There are reasons for this:There is a shortage of seamstresses with experience, a shortage of specialists in repairing sewing machines and equipment, poor organization of labor and workplaces, and much more. On the positive side: there are jobs, employees are provided with free meals, and a hostel is provided for nonresidents.

Hello. Firstly, to raise prices in the sewing workshop, otherwise prices have remained since the USSR, at that time beds were appreciated, but now these prices are too low... People who come not knowing that the po is meager work for a month and leave cursing, with pain in their soul and heart-this is not good. And also the work is harmful, we get poisoned by the pungent smell of paint, if you can drink milk in the morning, everything is cool. I really like sewing, you can say it's my hobby, but unfortunately....
