Aksai's largest supermarket. That's it, the advantages are over. A constant leapfrog with prices on the shelves and at the checkout. The rights of buyers are being unceremoniously violated here. By law, the product must be sold at the price indicated on the price tag. An untimely price tag change is the store's problem, not the customer's. But, alas... Even expensive packaged alcohol, kept under lock and key in glass cabinets, did not escape this fate. Meanwhile, buying such a bottle is just a quest. First, you must find the keeper of the key that will unlock the treasured door.... He will not give you the bottle, but will take it to photograph and enter its (bottle's) registration data in a separate notebook. Finally, at the checkout, when you find out that the price has suddenly increased by a thousand tenge and inform the staff about it ... they take away the bottle, the receipt and the whole council gathers at the cabinet. They look at the price tag, at the receipt, trying to calculate the difference, then comprehend the unthinkable. And so, the decision has been made - we all go together to the cashier, where, alas, they do not refund the difference in price, but simply cancel the purchase and give you the money. At the same time, not a word of apology.
I'm not going to that store anymore. I hope you have better luck.
