In general, everything is not bad. A new house. Spacious apartments.
If there is a second floor, then there is a veranda.
A huge hall.
There is a cafe with a terrace on the second floor. We can have coffee.
There is a swimming pool, sauna on the ground floor.
There are nuances, I did not shoot the star, because the overall impression is good.
1. Construction around, new buildings, so noise, dust, dirt on the road. New buildings are being built.
2. View from the veranda of the second floor slightly on the mountains, as well as on the construction site garbage, containers, gravel
3. The smell of chlorine is creepy because of the pool several floors up, as the common hall.
4. Rather than a minus, but a fact: The pool is 5000 AMD, towels are paid. It works until 10.
(In Marriott, according to the lists, 5,000 AMD with a towel, if not according to the list, then 7000, before 11 pm)
5. Heating- central ventilation, (there's no one here, there are gas boilers in the next house) buzzing, respectively, either you warm up and listen to the noise, or in silence, but you freeze.

A beautiful residential complex in a picturesque location.
The purest mountain air.
Clean, nice rooms. We rented an apartment there for 10 days. Everything is fine. It is well equipped with everything you need, everything is clean, everything is new. There is a small nature reserve right next to the house, deer and roe deer walk there. Nearby, a 5-minute walk away, there is a chic tennis center with clay courts, there is a restaurant on the territory of this center, they cook very tasty there).

Pros: It was warm in winter, at least in my apartment. Beautifully decorated, the lobby and common areas are constantly being cleaned. Parking is big enough, there were always places.
Cons: 2 construction sites on both sides. The house is turned to the south: there is no sunny side.

It is located very far from the center, it will be especially difficult to get to this apartment hotel uphill along the broken roads of Tsakhkadzor with something flowing down them in addition. There is a construction site nearby. With the cleanliness of the rooms, they can specifically fail like this. If you are ready to live in isolation from the infrastructure and are not going to go out for a walk or drive a car (you will simply kill it while you get there and back), then this is a great option. I had to urgently look for another place to stay at six in the morning, because it's trash. The only thing that deserves two stars is the interior. Everything.
