Очень хороший жилой комплекс. На территории грамотно обустроена детская площадка, есть футбольная и баскетбольная игровая зона. На территории много зелени и скамейки, есть тренажёры. Имеется выход на набережную. В пешей доступности ТЦ Мега. Удачные планировки квартир. Есть подземный паркинг.
