I visited the Amaranth store and was shocked by the quality of the goods and service. I bought a pate that was stored in the freezer, but after one day in the refrigerator it turned out to be spoiled. Moreover, goose pates were on sale without a production date, and yoghurts were already starting to ferment, although the shelf life ended only after 4 days.
When I approached the staff with this problem, instead of a normal dialogue, I was faced with rudeness and a complete unwillingness to admit the obvious. The employees not only did not admit their guilt, but from the very beginning they took a defensive position, refusing to meet the client halfway. Even when they issued the refund, they did it as if I owed them something. The questions were answered reluctantly, giving the impression that no one needed the client here.
A very unpleasant experience. If the management does not reconsider its approach to product quality and service, the store risks losing customers.
