Positive.
1.The rooms are large and comfortable enough
2. Comfortable loggias
3.Sockets next to the beds
4. Comfortable beds (both mattress and pillows)
5. The swimming pool on the territory is quite large, beautiful and surprisingly heated!
It's plus 10 outside, and the water is plus 27. It's rare.
6. In the lobby bar - one of the most delicious in Egypt (from what I have met and tasted) coffee (Turkish coffee with cardamom). That's just a thrill.
Minuses.
1. In theory, the hotel should be closed for major repairs. Old age and ruin stick out everywhere. Swollen thresholds and door panels, crumbling plaster on the walls, a twitching and clanking elevator, etc., etc.
2. The food in the restaurant seems to have no complaints about quality, but... if the hotel was 3 stars, it would be acceptable. But the stated 5 stars... They don't even shine close. From the category of neat, but poor.
3. The presence of a kettle and tea/ sugar / and other things in the room... and the lack of sockets in the right place forces you to boil the kettle either on the floor under the table or on the bedside table. It's inconvenient, really.
In general, a good hotel, we came across one room with an open window that cannot be closed, but this is not very critical. The Pyramids and Sphinx Complex are a 10-minute drive away. Breakfasts are plentiful with pastries, local sausage, in general everything is fine, coffee is not very good, and tea is like kefir. The staff is polite
