I have been ordering water for about 10 years. But today's ignore forced them to write a review. Previously, if you order water before 10 a.m., they could bring it on the same day, and if it was closer to lunch, it was delivered the next day. Now the delivery can be as much as 3 or even more days. And so. I made an order last week and 3 days later (plus or minus) the water was supposed to be delivered between 16 and 21:00. No one brought it or even called back. Well, of course, who will call me back when the operators decided to end their working day not at 21.00, but at 20.40!!!! I call, but no one picks up the phone, because like all the operators are busy. I waited for an answer for 8 minutes on purpose. As a result, they reached 21.00, and then the workday is over and call them the next day. I hope the management will read my review and draw appropriate conclusions about operators who are unwilling to work. Something like that. If I were a new customer, I would give it 1 star. And so I put 2 stars for past achievements. P. S. In the morning I called back to clarify the reason. They said that the order was for 24.04. I don't know how, but 23.04 is written in my calendar. But in any case, the review will remain, since the operators finished their work at least 20 minutes ahead of time. If they hadn't finished earlier, my call would have been accepted and if the order had been for 04/24, they told me about it and, accordingly, I would not have left any feedback.
