As a result, after 3 months after abdominal surgery, I had to first pull 5-liter bottles packed in 2 from the front door to be able to enter the apartment, and then drag them into the apartment. In addition, one of the bottles was damaged (puncture) and the water partially poured out of it, first in the entrance, and then in the apartment (in general, about 1/3 of the bottle). When I called the courier with a claim, he turned on the fool and began to claim that I told him "Okay!" in response to his intention to dump all the water under the door. I hope this situation will not happen again, because I would not like to give up the company's goods and services. There are no complaints about the water quality.
