I have been staying in this hotel in Lodz for many years now. However, there have been no repairs over these many years. So the hotel will soon fall into disrepair. Already in some rooms it is felt by the furniture. One more comment can be added that there is not enough high-quality cleaning of balconies, and sometimes it is not available at all. Otherwise, everything is OK. The breakfast is hearty and sufficient.
