I stayed on the night of February 5-6 during transit. I really liked everything: from the room, the proper water supply and the friendly smiles of the administrators. There was also an intelligent security guard who helped carry my heavy suitcase to my room. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the employees, but I hope the management will understand who I'm talking about. Since then, I have loved Kazakhstan and my good neighbors from the bottom of my heart. If I'm going to Almaty next time, then only to the Ambassador

A wonderful hotel. We were in it in November 2023. The room is clean and cozy, calm and quiet. The breakfasts are quite appetizing. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Separately, I would like to thank the man who helped us a lot in a difficult moment. If it wasn't for him, I don't know what we would do in another country without a SIM card and both currencies. I think his name is Abdul, but I don't remember exactly. Thank him very much! Therefore, if you suddenly have some kind of incident, be sure that the Ambassador will help you.

When I told the reception that my room hadn't been cleaned for two days, they promised to look into it, then they told me that the maids came and knocked on my room several times, I was on the phone and wouldn't let them in, and it was my fault, so I said look at the cameras, I left in the morning and in the evening I was coming back and I wasn't in my room all day. After that, the room was cleaned. One more thing that I didn't really like, there are a lot of Indians and Pakistanis living in the hotel, I'll say right away that I have nothing against, but I didn't like the fact that they do everything for them, apparently in order to show that they are good, and specifically they cook amlets and fried eggs and porridge that they ask for, and when I I asked for the glaze, and they told me that they had already run out of eggs, although those Pakistanis who came after me cooked them not one or even three servings, but as many as five. That is, they gave priority to foreigners, and I always observed this when I went to breakfast. Another point is that there are guards there who report bakery products with their bare hands without gloves, but they definitely don't have a book. The whole hotel is smoky and the smell of cigarettes is very unpleasant. There's a staff room under the stairs where they smoke, and when you go up the stairs, it smells like cigarette smoke. In general, my assessment is that the price does not match the quality, there were other good hotels that I had already tried for this price, I chose this one only because of the location and was disappointed.

One of the disadvantages is that there is no elevator, because the hotel is three-storied, but you can bring things to the room.

The most important thing is the very convenient location of this hotel. Everything is in an accessible step, both the square and the old center. The staff is very correct and friendly, breakfast is included in the accommodation, without frills but enough for a light snack. Having a cafe nearby does not make this a problem. I liked the room, it was clean and cozy. In general, we have only positive impressions.

Very top-level. The staff responds to all requests instantly. Wide, excellent bed, hair dryer, refrigerator, huge wardrobe, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. There have been in many countries, in many cities of Russia. But, no offense- there are not enough hooks! At least hooks or hangers for outerwear are desirable near the front door. Today, after the rain, I would like to dry it. And the bathroom also lacks these hooks - I would like to hang a bathrobe. But these are such minor flaws. Great job, clean, cozy, thank you!

I lived in a standard single room.
It's disgusting, the furniture is broken, the wallpaper is torn off, the TV without a remote control of the "cube" type was released back in the last century, there is no refrigerator, the door closes on a chain from the inside.
Meals - breakfast in the morning, if you come later, then it's empty.
The room price is $75 per night.
HOMELESS MAN!!!!
Everything is VERY bad!!!
I've never had anything worse, don't believe the ads.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, delicious, hearty breakfasts. It's a little cold in the room, though. But, unlike the management of other hotels, the remote controls from the air conditioner are not taken away, so the desired temperature can be adjusted. Please note the SMOKY rooms, the smell of cigarettes is so strong that you think, just so that the clothes don't stink, everything pulls from the lower floors to the top.

I liked the hotel. The location is excellent. All the places that I was interested in are within walking distance. Breakfast is a little weak, but I didn't need much. I liked the porridges, they are very tasty. And croissants. The room is nice, clean, with a large wide bed. However, there was only one blanket and it was not the right size for such a large bed. We could have asked for a second blanket, but we were too lazy to call, etc., as we were very tired after the event. The staff is friendly, customer-oriented.

Serious drawbacks:
• smoky room

The room has a comfortable bed, quite an edible breakfast. An acceptable room rate, taking into account the location.
But there are disadvantages that I personally put up with - it was uncritical, because I only came to sleep. But it's worth mentioning.
The flooring in the room is worn and worn. The old plumbing system is leaking somewhere, something is turning on wrong. I can hear what's going on in the hallway.
Total: a budget hotel with a convenient location, but with its drawbacks.

What are the 4 stars?! He can hardly even reach 2x!!! I've never seen such a terrible hotel before! I chose it from the pictures on the website (of course!), but in fact the condition turned out to be very far from expectations. Old furniture, creaky floors, plastic and stained plumbing, COCKROACHES in the rooms!!!!! There is no refrigerator - in the 40-degree heat, I simply had nowhere to cool the water. I'm not talking about the safe at all. There is broken furniture in the hallway - do they know where to throw it?... I also saw piles of unnecessary furniture and junk on the stairwells, and there are ironing boards there.... My friend's number was even worse. Persistent unpleasant odor, humidity, I don't even want to hang my things in the closet(
No "good" location of the hotel will save you, having such conditions in the rooms!
