I want to say Thank you to the registry staff! Victoria and Tatiana try their best to help people, but people are different)))) . Special thanks to the head of the clinic. Karina Anatolyevna listened attentively, suggested how best to act, than helped to solve the problem.
I recommend to the management of the Minsk CRH to help the Machulishchanskaya polyclinic in solving its problems!!!!
Since studying, I had to go through a medical commission for practice before that, I passed a medical commission to obtain a driver's license, the same doctors were told to go through them, although I had already passed them, then I began to undergo a medical examination again, there was no neurologist in the neurologist's office to put a seal, they told me to go to a general practitioner for a seal, as a result, I was told there is a queue of 15 people to sit for the seal, I went to the head of the place, there was no one who took it, said that I would go to 215 for the seal, as a result, they drive around the offices for seals and say there is a queue of 19 people, I would put a score of 0 well, alas, the minimum score is 1 star and that's a lot for this polyclinics.
There are no necessary doctors after 1. And the ones that are - they change too often. Especially children's ones.
There was a FAP. And so it remained.
Until they start to adequately help from Above, there will be nothing here
cons: the lack of specialists, except for classical therapy, in every case you have to go to Borovlyany, this, of course, is complete nonsense.
therapists are good, young, funny, they know the classic state standards of therapeutics. Naturally, they do not linger in this swamp and are constantly changing.
pros: A very beautiful head of the clinic.
That's all I wanted to say.
Inconvenient work schedule, narrow specialists take 2 shifts one day a week. I took a referral to the regional hospital from a surgeon - my last name and year of birth were spelled incorrectly. The receptionist will not be reached. In the evening, the receptionist simply does not answer the phone.
I give three stars because the staff is not very friendly when you need to call to make an appointment, they often do not pick up the phone. There are no problems with repairs.
There are not enough doctors, there is a very large staff turnover. There are always very long queues to see doctors, especially on Mondays. Young children are served together with sick adults. Formalism in most issues.
I want to express my gratitude to all the medical staff! All the doctors who worked with me are very attentive and pleasant. Real professionals in their field. They helped me solve all my questions.
It is not possible to get through to the DEC registry!!!From 7'30 to 8'05, no one raises! After calling the adult registry office, they explained to me that there is no person at the workplace in the dec.Calling a doctor at home is not possible in this scenario.Make your own conclusion.
The service is terrible. The staff behaves in such a way that everyone owes them and is also rude, especially one individual at the reception. The work regulations are not observed, every day 2-3 hours before the end of working hours in the polyclinic there is only a person at the reception desk and a maximum of another doctor whose function is only to send you to an appointment the next day and say that he can not help in any way. Everything is still tied up here, the last nurse considers it her duty to lead her friends through the offices without waiting in line
I am very pleased with the reception. Everything was explained and clarified. They gave recommendations on where to move on. Thanks to the clinic management and staff for their professionalism, accessibility and positive emotions.I recommend it❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The residents of the town are very demanding and picky. In these conditions, doctors are constantly changing, as the press and atmosphere push out young specialists. They leave after working for 2 years. With such a turnover and a shortage of staff, regular doctors still managed to organize the treatment process at the proper level. At the peak of the covid epidemic, the queues are relatively small (no more than 5 people). There are two registries: adult and children's.
He receives a separate office for patients with mental illness. Repairs have been made. The bathrooms are clean. Separate entrance to the pediatric department. Of course, there are not enough specialists, but those that are there are worthy of high appreciation and gratitude.
If you want to plunge into hell on earth, then here you are! From the threshold, you will be absorbed into the atmosphere of a primitive society, where there is no order and principles. The organization of work is just a nightmare! There is a huge shortage of doctors (but there are no complaints about them, they work hard), you can't beg for a ticket.
I was the first in line for blood, I came with a referral and from the military department for tests, they used to take it, but now they said that other pieces of paper were needed, the laboratory office opens at 8:00 and the papers should be taken at 105, which opens at 8:30, and therefore I was late for work
I'm going to talk about pediatrics. 2 pediatricians for all Machulishchi, this is not enough because there are a lot of children. Pediatricians themselves do not strain themselves, do not take care of patients, they work outright. There are constant queues and often cancel a healthy child's day.

Oooh, this is a branch of hell on Earth. I haven't seen such horror in this place for a long time. Although there are several good doctors. If you need help or an administrative procedure, take a vacation. They'll send you here quickly. The administration should help its subordinates.

There are no narrow specialists! There are a couple of pediatricians and therapists in a huge town. If the laboratory is working, it's a holiday. People have to go to paid centers to be examined. Machulishchans, as lepers, do not want to be taken to Senica, they are sent to Borovlyany. This is how the local population survives, who have the opportunity to attach themselves to the Minsk polyclinic, and they do so. Once this institution was called an Outpatient clinic, it was renamed a Polyclinic, but they forgot to give specialists to work
There are few doctors, they are constantly studying.. then they improve their skills. The tests are performed only once a week. It is a sore subject for the village, there are no qualified doctors of different specialties. I have to take my children to Minsk all the time
Terrible clinic!!! Nobody cares about anyone! As there was an outpatient clinic with normal staff, it remained so. God forbid you get sick and go there
Like the local village council, THERE is NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT.The staff, before they can get to work, is already angry at people.Global issues are resolved through the Sennitsa or for a fee in Minsk.
