I made an order for summer tires on 04/28/2025. I didn't hear the incoming call from the operator, so I called back. Some guy replied that they would call back within an hour. No one called. I called back a day later. We discussed everything. They said that the delivery of tires is only home by courier. On 30.04, they called and said there would be no delivery. because the supplier doesn't have the tires. They offered to choose something else, but after this approach, there is simply no desire to get in touch. FOR THREE WHOLE DAYS!!! Think again. They don't work well
03/07/2025 I ordered a monitor on the website. Before pickup, we sent an SMS about the mandatory check of the monitor before delivery. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that the check was only possible for physical damage and it was impossible to connect the monitor (the product was paid for by me online). I had to pick up the product at abum without seeing the monitor working. Upon arrival, I connected the monitor and realized that I would never have bought it. When I called, the support immediately made it clear that these were my problems, and when it was impossible to check before issuing, the answer was: it happens. Disgusting service!
I bought an Indesit BTW L50300 PL/N washing machine. Water started flowing during the first wash. They were repaired under warranty. After the diagnosis, the warranty was refused, as the fastening of the transport bolt was broken, referring to the fact that I turned on the machine without unscrewing it, although I did everything according to the instructions. There is no time or desire to do an expert examination and deal with this issue.
