I ordered products from amd several times because the prices were lower than from other suppliers. Everything was fine until I had to deal with the return of the product under warranty.
For almost three weeks, we've been trying to figure out when the money will be returned.
The product was handed over on 7.12 for verification, and subsequently the call center tried to prove to me that I had delivered the product only on 11.12.
When it was decided that the product was indeed defective, one operator said that you could write an application online and refund the money to the card (the payment was by card), or pick it up at any A CONVENIENT amd pvz.
But no, they should have contacted us before 18:00, they dialed later.
An employee of the warranty service department contacted me, in questionable condition, and informed me that you can only get money back for the goods in cash on the other side of the city.
This situation is very frustrating.
It is not a problem to buy goods from them, but God forbid you will have to hand over this product for repair under warranty. It's been 3 weeks (although the warranty period is 14 days), no one contacts me. No money, no goods. The template answers are in the center. Call at least a hundred times a day, the same answers, like robots.
