The seller refuses to deliver the product even if you have already paid for it. I ordered the be quiet case! Pure Base 500 BGW34 by paying in advance via onliner pay. At first, the delivery date was overdue, then they brought me a BG034 instead of what I ordered (a model without glass). For 2 days I tried to get a solution to the problem, but the staff promised to call back and did not call back. It was only at the end of the second day after I wrote to the management email that the call finally arrived. I was told that there is no such model and there is no way to put it on, although they still have it on sale in the onliner catalog. All I was offered was to pick up that cheaper model without glass BG034 with a ridiculous 5% discount from the price of BGW34 (it's easier to pay extra for 500DX), which seemed to be still at the pick-up point, then it was already lost somewhere. I decided to put an end to this epic because I had no nerves left. During the time this desk was fooling my head, the case went up in price 2 times (probably that's why I didn't actually get it). If you do not want to get to the money (because of the loss of time, you will now have to buy 2 times more expensive in another store), spend a lot of time and nerves bypassing this seller.
The review is not specifically not for the store at the address, but for the company as a whole. I am looking for a laptop with a risen 7-9 and a 4060 video card, called the number, a girl picked it up, dictated the name of the desired laptop, said that there was no such name, offered an alternative, in the form of 4 positions, asked to send a comment, some man called back, began to tremble that I would decide on a specific machine, and so persistently that I I was just taken aback by such pressure, opeled that, and if you want 30 positions, then send them for each one? But how else? After such differences, it is not particularly desirable to work with this company… as expected, this is my subjective opinion based on personal feelings, experiences, perceptions and emotions. It may not correspond to reality in the sense of scientific validity, well-known "established" facts.

I purchased 5 fans on 02/20/25, one of them with an obvious defect (the bearing is buzzing)
I called the warranty office on 02/21, informed the girl about the problem, and asked for help to solve the situation faster - to replace the fan (the product is in perfect condition, new), because I often purchased a lot of goods in this store, hoping for a quick solution to my problem.
The girl from the warranty department replied that the product can be serviced for up to 14 days, to my request to review and resolve the issue faster, because the fan is not expensive, and the problem is obvious, and the product is not difficult to technical (which the girl does not even know about), I did not receive any reaction, 14 days and that's it.
A completely non-customer-oriented store.
If there is a warranty case, no one will help you in any way.
The girl wishes: to listen a little, and not to work exclusively according to the methodology.
We are ready to lose regular customers, no matter what.
This is the last order I made at this store.
