And the price will be without discounts for you. And then everything became clear…
That's how irresponsibly they approached the customer, my product either disappeared somewhere, or it was sold to someone else, or they appropriated it for themselves. That was it, but it floated (and we understand what's really going on ; D)
Then I look half a day has passed, and the product is back in stock, only at a completely different price)))
I immediately call them, and I didn't hear anything new: -oh, sorry, this is some kind of mistake, we don't have such a product yet, and that's it…
And immediately after a minute the product disappears from the store again))
For some reason, this is how it works: all such stores want to believe that service, and especially high-quality service, is not about them... Apparently they don't care about SERM and what the client thinks, because others will come in his place. We worked with them as a legal entity, abandoning the 21st century as a partner in the supply of equipment for our two organizations. At first everything went well, then the jambs began in the documents, then they did not bring the full order, then they were delivered on time. But... when you place an order, you call them back so that everything is in stock, you replace the position in the order with the one that is in stock, but still the whole order does not arrive, because the position that you replaced, in order not to wait, you still need to wait - it's a surprise. I do not know and do not understand what they have and what they do not have, they do not understand when all this will arrive... the service is depressing... and the managers are not very confused about you and your problem... well, or it's easier for them to lose 2 companies as customers for good amounts of purchases. Okay, let's go to the others...
Very unscrupulous and not customer-oriented. I ordered winter tires, the manager promptly contacted and placed an order, waiting 5 days. In the middle of the week, he called himself, asked if it was exactly in stock, since other stores no longer had the right model. Once again, confirm that there is definitely something in stock, expect it. As a result, they called back on the eve of delivery - there is no right size and model, there will be no delivery. They also did not offer an alternative option for the right size. We were very disappointed, considering that it is the season, prices have increased over the week of waiting, and the range of tires is decreasing.
The attitude towards customers is simply not caring.
I ordered a laptop, it stopped working after 10 months. I asked to find out where I can take it under warranty. Instead of giving the addresses of the workshops, for some reason you need to make an application on the website, specifying a lot of information, then wait for a call from their warranty department. It is not clear what would be what??? What can a person appreciate without seeing a laptop?? At the same time, half a day has passed and no one has contacted. I do not recommend contacting this store. Only the 21st century is working properly. The rest have only sold and you will not achieve anything further

This store will accept your order, confirm it on the website, send an SMS confirming the order and the address where to pick it up, and cancel it a day later, wasting your time

I ordered a cable for the phone, found a marriage already at home, and gave it to this pick-up point under warranty (since only here you can give it for diagnosis).
For 2 weeks, no one got in touch until she called - they called back on the same day, said that the marriage was confirmed, offered a refund or replacement for the same product.
I agreed to replace the product. They said they would deliver it in 3 days - wait for the SMS.
A week has passed - no SMS, no call.
I'm calling myself again - the application is hanging, expect to be contacted today.
I do not know how it will go further, but I have already regretted 100 times that I contacted this online store.
They blatantly lie about the terms of communication of diagnostics under warranty, delivery, and no one is going to do anything until you personally call and you will not pry.
UPD: after another 2 weeks, they promised several times that they would deliver it to the house personally, they did not deliver it at any specified time, and every time I write and call them myself.
The main thing is that I'm STILL waiting for the goods or money. No one returns or contacts anything. They only promise. That's horrible.
Save your nerves, money and time. It's better to order somewhere else.

I ordered an Apple charger. No luck. Factory defect. 15.03. I gave it under warranty 02.04. I called myself. If no one had called, no one would have remembered. For a very long time.

Не посмотрели график и пришли за заказом после закрытия, сотрудник не то, что согласился отдать заказ, а сам предложил его забрать, чтобы мы снова не ехали. Спасибо огромное, остались самые положительные впечатления. По самому заказу тоже никаких претензии. 10 из 10
Ужасная работа по выдаче именно на этом месте. При заказе с указанием, что оплата будет по карте — терминал не работает, а человек на выдаче предлагает сходить до ближайшего банкомата. Когда вернулся от банкомата, то увидел бумажку, что можно оплатить онлайн через "Оплати", о чём человек на выдаче так же не потрудился сообщить. В общем, по сравнению с другими пунктами выдачи — этот оставил только негативное впечатление.
Забирал заказ (оперативку) 26.10.22. Очень добрый и вежливый сотрудник. Всё выдал без проблем, быстро заполнил необходимые документы. При необходимости делать заказы - буду забирать именно в этом пункте выдачи. Спасибо, что Вы есть)
Место нахождения удобное, но само помещение оставляет желать лучшего. Заказывала фитнес браслет ксиоми 6. Упаковочная коробка оказалась помятой и заклеяной скотчем, что является неприемлемо для подарка. Это очень огорчило.
Приобретенную на АМДбай шлифмашинку сдал в ремонт по гарантии. Чрез 2 недели с отдела гарантийного ремонта сообщили что она отремонтирована. При получении обнаружил, что неиспрвность не устранена, а ремонт выполнен частично. Повторно сдал в ремонт. И только через неделю признались ,что отремонтировать нет возможностии и порекомендовали заказать аналогичную с доплатой в разности стоимости. Считаю, что такое обращение с клиентами по меньшей мере не культурно.
Покупаю товар уже не первый раз. Всё без проблем. Удобно, что приходят уведомления на вайбер. Обязательно буду покупать здесь и цены очень радуют. Спасибо за работу ребята.

Хороший магазин и очень вежливый персонал - как в колл-центре, так и в пункте выдачи заказов. Прямо очень приятно удивили качеством обслуживания! Буду и дальше у них покупать.
Не знаю чего так плохо отозвались предыдущие комментаторы, но сервис очень даже хорош. Доставили заказ через 2 дня, до этого забирал на другом ПВЗ, цена была минимальная по Минску. На почту если и приходят письма, то вполне с неплохими скидками, промокодами. Заказ делал не первый, поэтому вывод в общем. Смело можно смотреть на амд.бай, если думаете что-то преобрести в интернете.
Заказ делал на самовывоз из этой точки, несколько раз переносили дату поставки. В итоге заказ так и не получил. Возможно случайность, но желание обращаться к ним пропало
