This is the second time we come to this store and the second time we have a negative experience. The boiling point was the second campaign, when we were refused the sale of a sofa. We were standing in line with goods and the desire to place an order for a sofa with a small child who needs to sleep already. The goods were punched to us, but they refused about the sofa, as the seller said that a car was waiting for her to receive the goods and she would not arrange the sofa now. We need to wait. When asked how long to wait, because it's time for the child to sleep and we can't wait long, the seller said I don't know. I explained to the seller that, in fact, they serve the client first and let him go, and then they solve all other cases. But the seller categorically did not want to register us. I think this is the height of arrogance, unprofessionalism and the loss of potential customers. Which spoils the name not only of the seller and the store, but also of the ami network as a whole.
A huge room for a good store with an amazing assortment, but it was not there. Unfortunately, they let me down. I was in stores with a much smaller area and a much larger assortment.

09/8/2021 I came to buy a gift for a friend. I chose Gray's kit. Two employees were sitting at the cash register: Artyuk Veronika and intern Barkun.
I did not receive a receipt for payment for the goods due to technical malfunctions of the cash register. The intern wore a mask on her chin and worked very slowly. The seller did not help her. After examining the unfolded goods, they were packed anyway, the branded cardboard label was partially damaged. This would not have happened if the employees had knowledge of how their goods were packaged - there was a Velcro tape sewn on the satin ribbon. In general, the girls did not want to work and the only customer (me) was upset that he used the "services" of this store. I won't go there anymore and I won't advise anyone.

I came to you with the purpose of buying a chest of drawers, but after talking with a consultant, I did not understand at all why I was here and whether I needed to buy something.
