I advise you to buy simple things, for example, a hanger, a chair, a table, but after buying a sofa, I don't even want to contact them, neither under warranty nor how, I assembled it myself, improved it, and in a good way, do not spoil your nerves.This probably applies to everything bulky and Belarusian.The sofa was needed urgently, without any replacements and warranty red tape, I would have known, I would have taken a cot.In more detail... Foam rubber of different densities in the middle and along the edges, the back arched after the first night, I had to muddy the furniture facade from below, raise it by 1.8 cm + legs, then I reached the right height, the head turned out to be at the bottom, well, okay, the pillow fixed.And in general, my first lagoon sofa was in 2012, it had the same disadvantages, I thought they would learn how to do it in at least 10 years... But no...
The seller is impudent, they came to pick up things and she herself open the door and back up. They say than we ask and she and that the eyes can not see the boards over there like... Horror. Even the dust was not wiped and not prepared for export.
The location is not very convenient. The staff does not know about the product that is in the store. Called, asked. They answered yes, there is- come. I arrived, and he was only in the wind.
Sellers are something. One was on the phone all the time. The second one was braking on tin. We got to the one that was slowing down. We ordered 2 suspended chairs, talked several times, when making an installment plan, 1 chair was written to us. Because the Chairs were in installments, they did not pay attention to the initial payment. We noticed it when we arrived home.
The store itself has a good layout and assortment.
The store is large and occupies two floors, but the choice is not the largest. The first floor is a living room, the second floor is a bedroom, a kitchen is a small room. I saw the sellers only briefly, it is unrealistic to ask something or consult.

The seller (girl), to whom I turned to clarify the size, assured me that the size was 180x200, and calculated me, But he was 140x200"Fleece 160"! How is that?! A plaid is a gift! I didn't give the man what I promised! I'm terribly upset! Moreover, with everything, I did not have the opportunity to return it or change it that day, I was leaving!Please train your employees to study the product and know everything you need about it!
I am very disappointed with this store. We wanted to consult and order furniture, but the incompetence of the staff discouraged all desire.
Is it really impossible to remember where some fabrics hang? We scrolled through the hanger 3 times. As a result, they said to look at the pictures, because everything is clear. After that, a second consultant came up and found the right color on the second attempt. We asked a couple more questions about the upholstery of the beds, but then other customers called them and left us unanswered.
I understand perfectly well, maybe they haven't been working for a long time or they get very tired, but you can just smile and act nice if you don't know anything.
The assortment in this store is minimal. There is practically nothing to see. It is better to choose AMI in the Stolitsa shopping center
A large store, a good assortment, a large parking lot is free, even on Black Friday. It is convenient to get there by public transport. There is also furniture.
The store is large, the assortment is in small quantities. Sellers do not want to consult, they answer questions in such a tone as if they are doing a favor.

I contacted your company on the recommendation of friends. On August 16, 2020, your employee Natalia Arkhipova (at least that's what she called herself) worked at the store at the address Minsk district, Novodvorsky Village Council, 40. It feels like she hasn't heard about customer orientation.:
1) She does not communicate with clients with reluctance - before my eyes, instead of getting up from her desk and approaching an elderly woman, Natalia and her colleague communicated with a client at a distance of 5-10 meters;
2) During my conversation with Natalia, my one-time "aha" was answered repeatedly (and I don't understand why) by the words "aha" - are these signs of palilalia or was it still aping?;
3) Does not have complete knowledge of the company's products: I wanted to buy a memory foam mattress or a memory mattress + topper. Natalia said that the Ami-mebel company does not have mattresses or toppers/toppers with memory foam (memory effect). Even when I found a Memory foam pocket on her website (https://ami.by/product/memoryfoam.html ) and showed her - she looked and there was no reaction at all, no apologies for her lack of professionalism, no logical question "Would you like to purchase this product?"
Apparently, the girl was in the wrong mood, and as a result, I purchased the necessary products from your competitors.
I do NOT recommend it.
The store is small, however, I found in it what I needed based on the distance of the trip, even the sellers are good, pleasant, thank you very much for your help
