I live in Moscow, and therefore I have seen enough of different levels of restaurants🙈
I will not discuss the cuisine here, because since childhood I have not been able to distinguish tastes well (my companion liked everything)🤷♂️
But what I really understand is the work of the staff
The absolute majority of famous restaurants in Moscow and St. Petersburg need to learn from this institution👍
Guys, this is the Michelin level (I know exactly what I'm saying)
When Michelin comes to Belarus, everyone will be very surprised that one of the stars will be in Mogilev (I won't be surprised)👌

We had dinner with my wife, a pleasant atmosphere , a rich wine cabinet, good service and delicious food, we paid 150 b.r without alcohol, which I think is not cheap, but we enjoyed it.

It was not possible to evaluate the kitchen. It's too pretentious a place even for tourists :) most likely designed for foreigners (?) ... the first place in the Republic of Belarus where I did not see at least draniki on the menu... The prices are above average, the service will obviously be 5 if you sit down here. In general, I absolutely did not understand the message of this institution in this particular place.

Be led by the reviews, but in fact not everything is so great. Carpaccio with veins stuck in the teeth, beetroot risotto with rabbit and Parmesan sauce, 2 sharp bones measuring 3 cm came across, provided to the waiter, apologized and took them away, that's my whole dinner. It seems that there is a manager, but they don't solve their own problems. By the way, the taste of Parmesan sauce is more like a cheap Bechamel, the decoration is 2 leaves of cilantro. Chef's dish octopus with mashed corn for 4-. But the Savoy had the most delicate octopus, brilliantly cooked in a Sou-vide. Whether you should attend is up to you to decide. It was decided to go to the Savoy Grand for tea and desserts) 😄
