Hi there! I've used Amigo-rental-car service many times before (both for short and long terms), and have already left positive reviews about the service, but this time I want to supple my previes feedback with a new experience of using extended comprehensive insurance (super comprehensive insurance without a deductible).
I used this option for the first time, and, unfortunately, scratched the door of the rented car, as a result - there were no financial consequences for me, as this extended insurance assumes.
I highly recommend both - the rental service itself, and the comprehensive insurance (super comprehensive insurance) option.
And, I want advise myself and all of us to take care of rented cars even with the super comprehensive insurance, so that the service can remains exactly the way we loved it.

Hi there, I had used amigo auto rental service many times, took auto and stick shift cars. i dont really skilled in cars, but any time i had fully filled and pretty washed car at all. some times, when this was possible, we dealt with amigo to check out a car for a couple hors later with a reasonable overpay.
There was no any troubles with car's check in and out at all. I know what i talking about, cause i have bad expirience with car rental in my past life, and now, the amigo guys have returned to me trust in respectful human relationship with car rental companies! long story short, highly recommend

A great rental car for weekend trips. Since 2023, I have been renting from them.
Positive:
They always go to a meeting in small things
Convenient location
You can travel to Montenegro/Bosnia/Croatia
There are many convertibles in the fleet.
Well-equipped cars: wifi/multimedia/spare tire /jack/brush/vest/chains and even wet wipes /and in spf convertibles.
Minuses:
Not very suitable for a one-day weekend rental (limited car availability + opening hours)
Once there was a periodic problem with the on-board computer at subzero temperatures at Ford, they figured it out when getting a car, it was solved by disconnecting the battery terminals.

I found out about the rental from a friend. I rented a Ford Focus ST-line 2019 automatic transmission 1.5 diesel (140 hp) and was satisfied.
- The registration process was quick and clear, the staff explained everything in detail: the terms of the lease, payment and the nuances of returning the car.
- The car is in good condition, the interior is clean, the smell is pleasant, there were even little things like a charging cable and napkins, which is very convenient.
- The car proved to be excellent, we drove it to Kopaonik, there were no problems. He holds himself confidently on the highway, rides downhill without strain.

Over the past six months, I've been constantly renting cars from these guys during screenings and I've been satisfied every time!
It's especially nice that they now have full insurance, so you no longer have to waste time on a tedious inspection (filming) of every scratch and worry that a stone might fly on the highway or some kind of sincere Serb might open the door of his car right into yours. 😬
But the most valuable thing is the service. If something went wrong: an error caught fire, a flat tire, or I was delayed returning the car, everything was resolved quickly, calmly, and without unnecessary nerves. Such an attitude is really rare, and for that, great respect.
During the year of my life in Serbia, I managed to try four different rentals and this one is definitely my favorite.
Excellent service (napkins, sachets, wires), adequate guys (we always talk when we make out) and stress-free. Good luck with their development and I'll definitely contact them again when I get back!

We had a difficult situation and we are such "difficult" clients)))
But in the Amigo:
1. The guys proved to be very flexible in their approach, took into account all our nuances and proposed a non-standard solution. I'm thrilled! That's what an individual approach means!
2. They are just fantastically polite, patient and customer-oriented! All questions were answered, everything was chewed out and everything is in Russian)))
3. They have cars with phone charging, with a navigator and Wi-Fi with the Internet!
4. You don't have to pay extra for crossing the border!
5. If you take a full hard hat (+ 6e per day), you don't have to leave a deposit and worry!
We took a Ford Fiesta + hard hat, ate less than 5 liters of diesel per 100 km.
In general, we are very impressed and very satisfied with the trip and communication with Amigo)))

After a long search for a car rental service without the need for a credit card, but with adequate prices, transparent conditions and serviceable cars, I finally found the perfect option!
On the recommendation of friends, I took a Skoda Octavia 2020 – and it's just a fire! The car is in excellent condition, the interior is clean and fresh (no tobacco smell).
What pleasantly surprised:
✔️ Type-C and Lightning chargers
✔️ Phone holder
✔️ Chains on wheels (relevant for trips to the mountains)
✔️ Even Wi-Fi in the car!
Evaluation: 10/10 ⭐️
The staff is beyond praise! They are polite, friendly, and answer all questions patiently. They explain in detail the nuances of parking and speed limits in Serbia.
Another huge plus is the full Super Casco insurance, which can be paid upon receipt of the car. You do not need to make a deposit!
Service: 10/10 ⭐️
Without a doubt, I will recommend it!

I contacted Amigo several times, and each time the service was at a high level.
Car selection, rental options, employee consultations - all issues were resolved quickly, I received full information.
In addition, the Amigo team is always in touch during the trip itself and is ready to help even with issues not related to the car itself. For example, the last time they helped me sort out parking tickets.
I plan to continue renting cars from Amigo.

- excellent service
- good-quality car seat and fasteners, there is an isofix
- they give out and pick up the car quite quickly (this is important with a baby)

The first time we used the services of the guys was on the recommendation of friends. The service is top notch! Friendly guys and a girl🌹
During the trip to Kopaonik, an unforeseen situation developed - the generator failed. We drove the last 6 km to the hotel by accumulator. Amigo always stayed in touch, worked out several options so as not to leave us without a car. Even to the point of bringing in a substitute, they've already chosen which one. But it turned out that the generator could be replaced in a matter of hours. We were very happy! Respect to you guys! ,Quickly, efficiently, politely!
The car was an Audi Q5 - comfort, power, economy (oddly enough).

We take cars from the guys for the umpteenth time. They always respond quickly, a good price list, a convenient location for picking up cars and the cars themselves are always in good condition. And such little things as napkins, wires, carplay - generally one love ❤️ And by the way, it seems that this is the only rental in Belgrade where, when a car is delayed, you do not need to pay extra for the whole next day, the surcharge is by the hour, which is very convenient (the main thing, of course, is to warn about the delay). I've been taking the car from the guys for almost a year. The cars are always clean, complete with a phone holder, wires for any smartphone, a cigarette lighter adapter, wet wipes, garbage bags. All these little things that create the feeling that your trip has been taken care of. Any issues were resolved very quickly in the telegram. They carefully sent notifications about speeding if I drove above the limit for a long time :) You can pay with a card, there are discounts for loyalty.

- clearly, quickly and clearly issue the terms of rent, payment and even explanations on traffic regulations;
- clean car, interior (even napkins inside);
- a set of wires and USB charging;
- clear and understandable explanations about the car and even consultations on the DD of nearby countries.
I took a 2020 Ford Fiesta diesel 1.5. The car is super.
The car is cheerful for its 85 forces! It goes into the hills perfectly)
But it strongly signals the dangers on the road! It may confuse someone))

I sincerely want to thank Tatiana, Alexey and Nikita for their excellent work and well-coordinated team. I recommend everyone to contact RENT A CAR AMIGO, because they are the best! If (God forbid) something happens to you on the trip, they will not leave you and will come to the rescue. From the fourth trip you get a progressive discount. I rented an Olfa Romeo Juliet, a Renault Scenic and a Peugeot 308. These are perfectly clean cars in excellent configurations, everything is automatic transmission and diesel (they drove perfectly uphill / downhill) with WiFi, all kinds of phone charging cords, phone mounts, napkins. If necessary, you can take a child's chair or a hammock for a pet to AMIGO. The deposit was returned to me immediately upon delivery of the car. Excellent service!

At 19:15 we contacted in a telegram, at 11:00 the next day we already took the car, the registration process is very fast. They even answered after a working day)
Five adults were generally comfortable in Fiat Freemont — they went from Belgrade to Novi Sad and Goluback Fortress. The speed of 130 km/h was not even felt. There was Wi-Fi in the car, which is very convenient.
The cost of gasoline is not included in the rent, keep in mind)

Excellent Russian-speaking service, I took a car for the weekend to go to Bosnia with my family, picked it up in 10 minutes on Friday evening and handed it over in 5 on Sunday :)
Everything is fast and very convenient. The car is clean, the car has a phone pad, a phone holder, wet wipes and garbage bags.
But you need to book cars in advance, as everything is usually sorted out for the weekend.

We took a car for three days, Skoda Octavia scout (station wagon). It was very comfortable to negotiate, the paperwork itself came without us, on the day of the lease we just came, took the car, showed us what and where it was, turned on, etc., they gave us a dog backpack for free.
The car is in very good condition, it was a pleasure to drive. They also handed over without problems and delays, and received the deposit back. Next time we'll take it right there)

There is a large selection of cars, and the fleet is constantly replenished with new cars that can be chosen for every taste, request and price.
